I doubt this is a common spiral. I first saw such thing idk 5 years ago and my adoration for tentacles is unbroken for at least a decade and I have never enjoyed watching nipplefucking an enormous sized breast although I am sometimes enjoying that in case of smaller, normal sized tits.
