Re: Competition (Azure)

Flapping her wings, the siren bolted over Azure with a fury. "YOU DAMN BASTARDS!" the harpy screeched, before flapping her wings above, and preparing to sing. Rather than a song, she let out a loud screech that pierced Azure's ears even if she covered them up. All of the dark elves began screaming in pain, falling to the ground in agony as her voice caused them immense pain.

Re: Competition (Azure)

Azure winced, even as she managed to clap her hands over her ears to cut some of the sound out. As it stood, they were still ringing when she lowered them, but there was no telling how long that was going to keep the elves out. And chances are, whatever the harpy just did to the elves, the slaves likely wouldn't be fairing much better. Best to act now while they were still fairly stunned.

Slithering up to the back of the carriage, she studied the door and how best to get it open. She might try to break a padlock, but a standard lock, well, she'd likely need a key. For that, she'd search the 'driver' first, or whichever one of the dark elves seemed to be the most important. Then again, if there were no lock, since the slaves wouldn't be able to reach it from the inside, that would be even better, but she didn't want to push her luck too much.

Re: Competition (Azure)

A simple bar held the doors shut, easily slid off with a simple motion by Azure's hands. Inside, the humans were cringing just as the dark elves were, in pain from the siren's sudden screech. It didn't take too long before everyone began to rouse, the humans and elves alike. The men and women in the carriage looked frightened of Azure, while the elves rose, and reached for their arms before the siren was diving down and attacking them violently. An elf nearly even took a slice at Azure from the side before the siren dove down and clawed at her with hate.

"DIE. DIE. DIE. DIE YOU CHEATS!" she screamed at them.

Re: Competition (Azure)

"Easy now. Let's get you--yipe!" Twisting her body around, Azure will coil and push away from the elf that's attempting to attack her, letting the harpy have her. She'll slither away from the combat, not wanting to get too involved with the elves, but she will, at the very least, watch the harpy's back and try to entangle any elves that might be trying to make this a less than fair fight. She'll worry about the humans and what they're doing later.

Re: Competition (Azure)

As the elves recovered, so did the humans. Rushing out, the humans scrambled in a panic, rushing in all directions, the men and women who were together escaping in pairs while the singles ran off on their own. Rather than focus on Azure and the siren, the elves growled. "They're escaping!" one shouted, before the elves began to split up and chase after the humans in the chaos.

Re: Competition (Azure)

Strange that they would focus on the humans, but then again, without the siren's cooperation, there was no way the elves were likely to get the humans back. Azure, on the other hand, could afford to hunt any of them down at her leisure, provided they were there to be hunted.

And they wouldn't be if the elves got to them first. Picking the closest target, preferably one chasing a single human rather than a pair, she shot after the elf, looking to pull the same trick on them as she had the harpy. A swift wrap to stop the movement, only this time, she wasn't gentle with her squeeze. She wasn't angling to kill them, but keeping them wrapped up tight until they passed out would take the fight out of them for sure.

Re: Competition (Azure)

Too busy chasing, Azure caught herself an elf easily in her tail, displaying the true nature of a predator as she squeezed the elf in her tail. The human, a younger man with shoulder length curly blond hair, that was being chased by the elf quickly made his escape, further and further away the longer Azure kept herself with her elven prisoner.

Meanwhile, like a true fighter, driven by rage, the siren made quick work of the elves she was near, three of them, before noticing that the elves and humans were making good progress already.

Re: Competition (Azure)

Once the elf was out, Azure released her, giving her a quick pat down for anything immediately interesting to pilfer. Her attention wavers at that point, caught slightly between the escaping male and back to the combat situation. It's all a matter, now, of who she can more readily see that'll determine what she's headed for next.

Re: Competition (Azure)

With little of a combat situation left, the man running, though he was making good distance, could not outmatch a lamia's speed.

Well, she wouldn't want him barreling through the woods willy-nilly. Who knew what other sort of girls he might run into just stumbling along blindly like that. With a grin, Azure left the elf, and the harpy to her own fun, and hunched down, giving chase to the fleeing human, intent on giving him similar treatment as the elf, though without enough grip to make him unconscious, just enough to get him to stop.

Re: Competition (Azure)

A mere human as he was, he knew how to move fast, but Azure had the clear advantage of being simply a higher species. It took only a few seconds to make up the difference of distance between them, and with the coiling of her body, and following launch, she flew like a bolt. She was from where she coiled, to completely wrapped around the man in under half a second. The man only gave a quick shout of terror before his mouth was silenced, muffled under her coils. His following struggles, violent and desperate, set off Azure's instinctual vibes of pleasure. His desperate thrashing making her snake body around him quiver with a pleasant sensation.

Re: Competition (Azure)

Azure had thought to calm him down, keep him from blundering headlong into a tree or something, but as she actually wrapped about him, the words that were meant to try and soothe him fled from her tongue. Feeling him wriggle just so against her turned what she was going to say into a groan. Some part of her knew that he wasn't doing it on purpose, or at least, not for that purpose, but that small part of her really didn't care. She coiled a little tighter and relaxed, an equivalent to rubbing her thighs together at the feeling. Too tight and she'd knock him out. Too loose and the feeling would go away. It was a careful balance she was trying to ride, one that, however inadvertently, added an edge to what she was doing.

Re: Competition (Azure)

The man's squirming continued for a few minutes, his struggling weakening with every tense coil Azure made to squeeze the struggle out of him. Once such time had passed, the man was reduced the labored breathing, trying to desperately inhale oxygen while trapped in her tail. As he was, were she a beast like her ancestors, he'd be ready to be devoured whole. Weakened, Azure would find that she could do with this man as she pleased.

Re: Competition (Azure)

Devoured, perhaps, but certainly not whole. And not in the means of her ancestors, that's for sure. With the fight out of him, she felt it was safe to relax her constriction some, allowing her to ease him into a position where she could better explore the 'assets' of her new find.

Stretching out on the ground, she more drapes over him than coils around, her weight still enough to keep him mostly pinned. Propping herself up, she starts running her hands down his chest, though her main goal isn't the garments on his top half.

"Let's see what sort of treasure I've managed to steal from the elves, shall we?" she says with a bit of a grin, fingers dancing a little at the waist of his pants before giving them a tug.

Re: Competition (Azure)

Uncoiled, the man loosely went to the ground, limp and twitching. Watching Azure tower over him, and lower herself to trace her hands along his body, which was well toned likely due to a daily life of ward work, the man weakly shook his head in pathetic protest. "I don't want to be exiled... Please..." he begged Azure, and she might be aware that humans did have some means of knowing whether or not their own came into contact with a monster, and both men and women are exiled should they show traces of a mamono on them. Women, because they might have become mamono themselves, and men because it's common knowledge that when a human being experiences the pleasure any mamono can bring, an unnatural pleasure derived from their altered forms, they can never enjoy being with another human being sexually.

As Azure unfastened his pants, the man was helplessly terrified for his future, to be decided by Azure's hands. To leave her mark on him and abandon him would truly be cruel, and was a fate he seemed to consider as an expression of doom covered his face. Still, with a tug, down his pants went to reveal the 'treasure' Azure sought. A well endowed man he was, but not so gifted that his manhood was useless. And as his waist was laid bare, his head dropped, looking up at the sky above. He made his plea, and now, as he was, within Azure's coils, his fate was for her to decide.

Re: Competition (Azure)

Not exactly the best of pillow talk, that was for certain, but it was enough to give the lamia pause. She wasn't just some mindless, rutting beast, after all. Shifting around so her coils draped over his legs, Azure propped herself up on her side with a fist to her chin, studying him. He certainly was a fine specimen and it would be a shame to pass up this opportunity. Still, there were times she cursed that little voice in the back of her mind.

Twisting around again, she stretched out a little more, over top of him, her arms crossed on his chest, her chin resting on her wrists. "And if I offered you an alternative to being exiled?" Admittedly, it probably wasn't the smartest move on her part, offering to keep the human were that the case, but the notion of having someone of her own was intriguing. Humans did have those concepts of devotion, after all, and maybe if he wasn't terrified at the thought of being abandoned, things might go a little smoother.

((Harem-building ahoy!))

Re: Competition (Azure)

Seeing Azure's disposition change given his reaction, the man blinked, looking into her reptilian eyes as her offer seemed to leave him searching for an answer. A bit of realization came that he had no choice in the matter other than what Azure would allow him, so he asked, "An alternative?" while his expression was that of curiosity as to what Azure was planning for him.

The lamia remained where she was, though she gave a little nod at his question. "Seeing as how you being exiled would be my fault, it seems only fair I own up to it." Pushing herself up, she rocks forward at the same time, planting her hands on either side of his head so that she's looking down at him, which also makes for a very interesting view for him, likely. "You stay with me."

Re: Competition (Azure)

The man visibly swallowed a lump of nervousness as Azure towered over her. His eyes darted about, his mind thinking, searching for what he should reply with, before he slowly nodded. "I'll stay with you... I do not know if you offer me this through kindness or pity, but... I am at least relieved that you would offer me that, over... The worst possible outcome..." he said, visibly shivering at the thought of dying slowly, all alone in the wilderness. Granted he looked none too pleased to be where he is now, but he seemed accepting of Azure's newly founded influence over his life.

Re: Competition (Azure)

A smile pulls at her lips, a little tight, not wanting to frighten him with the sight of her fangs at the moment, though given that the gesture reaches her eyes, it's clear that she's pleased with his answer. This was going to be an interesting undertaking, to be sure. The wisest course of action? Perhaps. Perhaps not. Time would certainly tell.

"Mmm, perhaps a little of both," she tells him. Shifting her weight again, she props herself up on an elbow, freeing a hand to start idly tracing the lines of his body: jaw, throat, chest trailing down close to his navel and hips. "But I'm glad that you said yes."

She leans a little closer, starting to nibble at his ear and the soft spot just behind his jaw. "You've a name, no doubt?"
