I started the video and fast-forwarded a bit. Dutch gibberish, then suddenly "Uuhh....Hitler?"

In all seriousness, dutch and most scandinavian languages sound more or less like drunk german. Blabla-gibberish, and then a word that is somewhat german or sounds like german, followed by moar gibberish. :p
