Information seems kinda sparse, however, one thing did stick out to me. Interesting to note that it says that this game was made using rpg maker mv. As of posting this, MV only came out a couple of weeks ago too. I'll check out the demo at least to see what kind of differences that new rpg maker MV might have.

I don't think any of the translating softwares we have can translate this game. I've tried translation aggregator and visual novel reader, and they both didn't work. Also you can't use cheat engine the same way as other rpg maker games. Tried doing the same way as the other engines by doing *2+1, but it doesn't work at all.

Doesn't that kinda kill one of the points of rpgmaker? The slimming down thing?

yes even a game with only a few images ended up as 60mb and

Yea, MV caused a whole different can of worms. You can make different stuff now, but there is no RTP to use now, so every MV game will have a gigantic file size because all of the assets are not common anymore throughout the line of games you will play using MV like the generic effects people would use in previous versions.

MV was 550MB and after making a small game of my own just to test it out I found roughly 300MB of fat that I could trim out and not affect the game itself in any way shape or form as it was all stuff previously found in the RTP that was lingering still within the directory structure.

I took a game that was roughly 400MB and got it down to just over 100MB. Probably not a game that will ever see the light of day as more simply a proof of concept. Simply put game maker studio is superior to MV in most every aspect from my point of view.

448MB just for the trial on this game, and I am fairly certain that at least half of it was useless data still lingering unused within the game due to no RTP to fall back onto.

oh damn that kinda sucks with the filesizes i dont mind tho i have high dl speed.. But that HDD space kinda limited

Well, rpgmaker mv itself is around 760mb on a fresh install before all the plugins. I think I am sitting around 1.3gb right now with downloaded and created plugins. Its just a mess trying to use since its so bulky compared to the previous versions. The price to pay for versatility I guess.

Yeah thats one of the things I've noticed about the new engine RPG Tkool MV. Some games(Not all of em) are unable to be hooked via AGTH/ ITH/ Translation Aggregator/ ChiiTrans. I remember reading on another thread (posted below) about people struggling to decrypt game files etc.

This is a new issue that the community needs to address. I suspect it will be a problem in the future but will remain a minor nuisance at present time because it was only just released.
