FUUUUU--- just lost my 20-minute wall-o-text post. Retyping....
To solve the issues about the codes. In story mode, there are the characters, then watch mode, then an X (the secret character, otherwise
known as the boss). In vs, the watch mode is also X'ed out, and the secret
character is not available in versus, meaning there are two X's. The code to unlock the secret character, is (down,left,up,right), press those arrow keys while Toffi's avatar is posting her sign.
Alright, Toffi. I've done a full playthrough; finished the story mode for
each character. Seen every rape move BY every character ON every character. Tried different fighting styles for each character. And I have come to the conclusion.... that this game is fucking awesome. Seriously.
This.... game, because it's actually one of the few porn "games" worthy of
being called such, has some very fluent controls and functional mechanics.
The health vs orgasm system you implemented is genius, because not only
does it take a good game and integrate porn, but it doesn't subtract from the
quality of the GAME to do so. In fact, It actually ENHANCES the gameplay. Quite an accomplishment. The characters were very diverse, and each one lpayed completely differently, making it all the more fun to play, because there are enuogh different combinations and strategies for this game to have more replay value than most. Yep. It has replay value. Good job. (not sarcasm)
Anyway, I gotta say, you make better animations than you give yourself
credit for (from what I've seen). Wether you've hand-drawn the girls or
not, you've taken the time and patience it takes to frame-by-frame these
animations, while keeping a high enough framerate that you have achieved a
truid fluidity in the characters movements. It's beautiful, I gotta say.
This is easily your best work, hands down. None of your other games
compare. But enough raving about how awesome it is for now, here's the
constructive criticism part.
The biggest issue I had with the game was balance. Now before someone flips out at me for saying that, hear me out. It was very well done. Very. But, two characters stood out to me as being horribly overpowered; Heide and Diana. Diana's ice lasts for an infinite amount of time, which means she
can literally cover the entire playing field in ice traps, so you can't so
much as BREATHE and get frozen. This has happened to me numerous times, and gotta say. Really. Fucking. Cheap. My suggestion is to set a cap on how
many can be on the field at once; everytime she spawns one over the cap,
her oldest one will dissapear. This would keep an even count, without
rendering the ability useless. This same fix would work wonders on Heide.
The issue with Heide is her roses. In the second round of story mode, my
second fight playing as Heide, I just spammed roses. Nothing else. I didn't
even need to use a SEX ATTACK. I hit my opponent (whoever it was, it was
such a quick round i don't remember) with SO MANY roses at once, that she
left the top of the screen. As soon as she did, I won. Instantly. Boom.
Done. That round lasted for all of 20 seconds, maybe 30. I did the same
thing on the boss. I set out about 15-20 roses in one spot, and as soon as
they started going off, kept supplying them in the same spot untill she
died. I had no issues at all that round.
It's obvious you put one hell of a lot of work into this game, because it
shows, it really does, but the ending seems very.. rushed. I'm assuming you
made the endings at around the time when you said "Screw all that extra stuff I was gonna put in, this has taken too long already so I'm just gonna
finish up'. The intros and the major plot was very well thought out and
demonstrated, but the ending was just a few seconds of conversation and
then boom, small bit of "20 years later" text. The end. That ending
cutscene could've really used some more variety, considering it's one of
the longest and barely changes from character to character.
The only glitches I noticed were one; that thing I mentioned earlier where
I used Heide's roses to knock an enemy out of the map and win instantly,
and two'; when you play a versus round, and finish off the other player,
the "Press a button to end the fight" message pops up. So I do. and it goes
back to the title screen, and loads again, just like it's supposed to. Then
I start another versus round, and the "Press a button to end the fight"
message is still there, even a new round is just starting and enither
player has even moved yet. Then, when either player presses any attack
button, it returns to the menu again. This continues indefinitely. Now,
I've found two ways to solve this; one, go to watch mode. Wait for one AI
to win. After the round, the message should dissapear and you should be
able to play versus again. But, you'll have to sit through one round in
watch mode per round in versus. Or, you could do what I do and just close
and reopen the game after every versus round.
So overall, very good game, more of a game than *almost* any other porn
game, with good porn, good mechanics, smooth animation, reasonable yet
effective controls and an ingenious health/orgasm system. *claps* Well done
Toffi. Well done.
Also, in responce to "ecoISDP"'s question,
I would have to say my favourite character is Heide, because it's just ever
so fun to spam roses at them. They jump once and it's ALL over for them. =D
