I have tried very hard to buy this game through the Jap dlsite since it is not in the English one, but failed severely.

Not completely sure what it is about, seems to be about a female knight doing bizarre requests along the way of her adventure.

I preferred a lot of his older games. One of my fetishes is stomach bulges. Makes me laugh when I see the guy faces though.
