Okay, Dasyra's posted. She's hippy dippy and idealistic enough to buy in to Ventus, though what she's really interested in is ending whatever is causing Ventus to regard the living with contempt and hatred.

Edit: I misremembered Darkbane as Deathbane... fixed that.

I don't really do well with other peoples characters historically.

Well it's that or a mind flayer slave or something I suppose or something else. Possibly a cultist the demoness sent over to help? I'd do Tactician except they've very narrow problem solving.

But what kind of wizard... Hmm... demoniac if demon cultist perhaps. Possibly a Pact Wizard... that could work regardless of demon or not.

Thats not hard as far as the latter two go. Depends how Ventus feels about the succubus and her ilk I guess? Like I said Pact Wizard can work regardless I jsut skip Demoniac and pick a diffrent patron.

she's law the demon is chaos, but its not as extreme as devils and demons, if your character can prove to be disciplined under a leader she'd not mind it.. despite her normal undead approach. *nodnod*

Not too hard. The abyss wouldn't be much of a threat if they couldn't cooperate or obey. It's just not very organised and tends to be very shifting in hierarchy and interests. And while demon lords may not get along, they can make allies at times and they entreat others for aid in things and allies. It doesn't last but it works. the demon lord of murdering other demon lords actually make friends with paladins sometimes if their interests align.

It's pretty clear there's some sort of working relationship between the two. So I guess the best way to figure if I'll do it though is figuring out which demon lord the succubus works for. Or if she's one herself, what her domains are cus those are reeeeeally relevant for a Demoniac. Not cleric domains, like... Demon Lord of X, y and z sorta deal.

Dasyra's easy to get along with. She's a hippy dippy NG, the world should be good and bright and we should all get delicious cake and kinky yet mutually fulfilling sex type of person.

Hmnn can say without spoilers I guess. Xirce is actually only a half succubus, if a powerful one and tries to impress her mommy, Malcanteth.. that makes it.. Nocticula in pathfinder. some darkness some chaos some evil some lustfulness I figure.

Demon lord of murdering other demon lords it is! I had the fun of playing her once in an adventure. She's an interesting one. Playful, seductive, and utterly scary when angry. And very willing to play ball with the forces of good when needed.

Huh, Alu-demon huh? Go figure. Either way, works.

Am I building her as 7 or 8?

Each of the auctioneers has a polar opposite, Ventus is the mindflayers(she actually values free will and keen minds, while the mindflayers are more.. flexible on such), whilest Xirces would be the mushroom queen, aka Zuggtmoyvs servant, another demon.

The fun in this campaign is that I can easily run it in different ways depending on the players choice, but a few keypoints remain the same.. like the bad guys having all four staffs after the water temple always happens... if you hadn't taken it along, it'd have been stolen from the fortress with Ventus gone.

Incidently Nocticula is also the next demon lord close to becoming a true diety. Lamashtu reached it first. Course, Lamashtu probably wouldn't be against these life critters.

Possibly. Lamashtu' the Demon Queen is a scary one. She's goddess of birth, Madness and monsters and claims to be the creator of all half beast species. Minotaurs, goblins, medusae, harpies, gnolls, etc etc etc. She believes that civilization is a mask that fools wear to hide their inner monster, and it needs to be torn apart and destroyed. Reproduce, bare monsters and crush society.

Amidst themselves they tend towards tribalism, usually matriarchal. Number of births tend to mean more influence and mutations are very normal and a sign of her favor, especially the third eye. They tend to be quite close knit, tribe leaders also being the teachers and usually priestesses.

So, building to level 7 or 8?

So, all in all it would fit well to what you know of the enemy so far and definitly clash with Ventus ideals. Plus, an aspect of Lamashtu would fit right into your cr.. if we assume a few more level ups between now and the final boss, would fit closer than Ragnorra at least. That said, theres about half a dozen other things that could fit too, only time will tell.

lvl 8 build.

Got it done I think. You gonna run the familiar or am I running her too? As a character and/or in fights etc.

What do you prefer? Kinky quasit either way.

Looks mostly fine, though I don't spot your improved familiar feat there. Will have you sent as backup to assist Ventus, perhaps while on the way from the temple, because.. lets say an old debt or somesuch, not a slave, but a demon lower in the pecking order would know that 'Assist' can entail many things.

Short note on Xirce for your character: She's chaotic and flamboyant, polar opposite to Ventus as far as plans and rigid command structure are concerned. Says what she thinks and is fond of demonic gangbangs.

It's part of my class features, I don't actually get the feat.

I can roll with either honestly, both work for me. And aye that works.

Ah, kinda suspected that could have been it. Either way, feel free to have your character run into the group on the way to Ventus domain.

You do get +1 to an ability score and whatever your class feeds you but thats it.
