It's a con check. Really we'll all be making them, but if Kaila can still cast haste it'll be fine. She can't double move and ready an action to counter spell me every round so we should be clear.
If I can't still cast haste, then I'll drop Grease. That'll slow em down for certain since they have to move half speed to move across it without just ending up prone. And they might end up prone anyways depending on their acrobatics. Might even do both if needed.
If it comes to melee, Vel can carry you. And she's busy so there will be only minimal molestation.

I wanted to get you all together, even if you split up again afterwards at least now you are on the same pageish. You still have grade 3 and upwards summons, Kaila used them as a distraction and a time buyer more than anything and quickly figured lesser summons would do.

Religion would get you what a Detah Knight is. It'd probably be a high history check for WHO Ventus is. Pretty sure thats what it was in the past anyways.

That amount of knowledge is usually the point where a DM hands you the monster manual entry, problem with that is the creature largely varied. Ventus uses ice rather than fire for starters.
Basically, theres a reason I've played the lich king ascension theme for Arthas when you tried to detect spell on her, because thats what they are, to me, Paladins, often taken in by too much pride and falling to undeath, tragically taken by death rather than being full blackguards, though a blackguard betrayed by their own fiends or slain before their redemption attempt would also make a splendid Deathknight. Lorewise they are often created by evil deities or other great evil powers, but I feel this makes for less interesting stories. They are often less willingly made undead than the wizard equivalent, but they are somewhat comparable to liches. They can smite the living, got a fear aura, and a few really nasty spell like abilities, finally they are often bound to their armor, or in Ventus case, her sword, which you'd suspect after seeing it, infact, taking the sword away weakens them, the reason the mindflayers could control the strong willed deathknight earlier. You have a feeling being hit by that sword is a bad idea, moreso than your average blade.
Mechanics wise Asheroth would assume Ventus to be Lawful Evil, Fearsome to the living and know she must have been an at least somewhat powerful knight like her in life, a fact that would normally be supported by the holy Symbol of Evening glory on Ventus, but that was lost in the escape.
As for who she is thats a much higher DC, ask a truenamer.. you don't really know, maybe there once was an elfish hero by that name who fought against an undead plague, but clearly she's fallen from grace. Then again, first thing you see of her, she's carrying an elf and an unholy sword, so thats an interesting combination.

Frankly, the tiefling makes enough sense, with a revealing outfit she's just the result of a Nocticula worshipper getting it on, either a blessing or an actual demons. Clearly she's evil.
Hellfire warlocks in the Abyss are rare(because they don't last long) but actually prized as sucessful thieves of forbidden secrets. Evil.
Aasimar carrying a demon is trickier. Perhaps she's fallen too! Also evil, smite them all!

And yeah, kinda. Vel's kinda sadistic and enjoys bullying Lena and really likes the idea of tainting her celestial blood. Course Vel's the type who likes the idea of sneaking into noble houses and knocking up everyone in their sleep and watching the fallout when they start showing or give birth. Or just villages. And so forth.
Kaila would rather string Xirce up and fuck her silly but she has a long wait before she's strong and politically connected enough to dom that one. So she'll take it if Xirce decides to give it. Though she does like the idea of using magical rituals to try reprogramming that psionicness, and if she spots it, the dildo to her and Xirce's use.
Course, Kaila and Vel aren't inherently opposed to undeath per say it's just kinda scary plus they have their own loyalties to Nocticula. So doubt Ventus would be interested in them anyways. Course, Kaila will be happy to help out if Ventus wants some bedroom tips or to try some toys Kaila can make for her.
