forgot to write back in the forum. i tried the emulator and also without anti-virus but neither did the trick. i might look into a torrent or just drop it. i really appreciate that you took time for this but i only have that much patience for a porn VN
 
Ok to close this thread out, I found the problem i had all this time: I'm mentally handicapped.

In short, i was searching through my computer and by accident found a folder called "grim reaper" . TLDR i already had it installed and thats why the installer "didnt work" im just fucking stupid.
