Being a quite careful and perceptive man,John noticed the sudden change of expression from the girl.He stood there,thinking about having all of these people at the school that might posses such powers.

''Wait,maybe there are.And maybe they are divided in some kind of groups with different ideals or goals.Those two might think i'm acting like this because i want some information for one of them.Or i'm just imagining things...In any case,i should try to get those two to trust me''
John finally snapped out of his toughts,realising that the two others were staring at him for quite some time.

''I guess asking questions right after waking up wasn't the best idea.And i think that you both have some of your own.''

Siphon just shrugged.

"Questions keep you informed of your surroundings, I don't think they are ever a bad thing. Well, unless your asking questions while being shot at or something, then it's a bad thing, otherwise ..."

He trailed off, pausing for just a moment.


"Suffice it to say that around here normalacy ... doesn't really exist. I'm sure you'll find that out for yourself eventually. However, your probably wondering just how the hell I managed to sense you earlier despite your best efforts, yes?"

John sighed after realising that there would be alot more to this school than he first suspected.He then went to the nearest tree and leaned agaisnt it.

''After noticing how much electric charge you were carrying earlier,and the fact that you can manipulate thunder.I would expect you to be able to feel the electrical current coursing through one's metabolism.If it isn't that,then yes i do am interested to know.''

There was a slight hesitation from Siphon, but it seemed as if he was trying to figure out in John's guesses were close enough to the truth as to be labeled that way. Finally he shook his head.

"Well, no I can't manipulate thunder or storms. It's more just anything electrical in property, but I can't just summon it from thin air, I need to have built and stored energy elsewhere first. For example, I can ... well, consume an electrical outlet's charge for lack of a better term, and store a certain amount of energy that way to be discharged later. The good thing with that though is I won't accidently shock someone, it has to be a willing effort to do that. As for my sensing you ..."

He trailed off, perhaps determining exactly how to describe things to him, before finally pressing onward.


"No, I can't sense the electrical fields of a person so to speak, but I can literally feel and hear the pulsing of someone's heart beating. This might come as a major surprise to you, but I'm what one would call something of ... well, a vampire basically. Specifically Ancient Vampire, going far beyond the mythologies of this wor ... Heh, well, that came out too. I'm not originally from this exact planet, or even the dimension. It's quite a long story to explain, and the complete details would probably bore you to tears."


((John is probably the first person he's actually told about his alien-ness that wasn't around for when he first showed up, except for probably Squid's characters.))

After hearing Siphon's revelation,John displayed a facial expression for the first time since they met:Astonishement.However it quickly faded away when he began walking in circles,trying accept what he just heard.

'A vampire...Hard to believe,but i guess there's no such thing as impossibility at this point.'

The young man recollected his toughts.Being told that other dimensions and mythical beings were a part of this world would have only made any normal teenager burst out laughing,but in his current condition John simply had to accept it.

''I have to admit you caught me off guard there.I realize now how many things i don't, and need to know about this school.If you consider me as a threath and a untrustworthy person,i can assure you i have no intentions to harm anyone or anything.The only thing i seek at this moment is information,so i can have a grasp of what's going on around here''

Sho grins a little. "If either of us considered you a threat, you probably wouldn't be breathing right now. I mean, you were unconscious for a good bit, and well, even awake..." She trails off. She's not threatening him, but the inclination is there. "But you'll find most folks in the school are like that, normal or not. If you don't bother them, they won't bother you. That's not to say outside forces won't show up and bother you," she laughs at that, "but for the most part, students here are pretty easy to get along with. Just don't go showing off. There's still plenty of straights, norms, muggles, whatever you wish to call them running around and those that have to clean up the mess tend to get pissy when you shatter the illusion of a nice normal boarding school." She pauses a beat. "Unless, of course, it's not your fault."

John sighed heavily.Once again he took things way too seriously and saw danger where there wasn't.Maybe this school really wasn't that special,apart the fact it was populated by people possesing special abilities...He actually tought some kind of organisation was behind it,but from what those two told him it seemed he was wrong.However,John still had little doubts about it.

''I believe i have been pretty paranoid when thinking about what this school represented.I realised i just wasted alot of your time,and i thank you once more for aiding me in everyway you just did.''

He walked thowards Siphon and offered his hand to both him and the girl beside him,expecting a handshake.

''If you require anything like answers or assistance,you can seek me out.It's the least i could do to repay you.And it has been a pleasure to meet you both.''

"Well, that pretty much hits the nail on the head. As far as we know, there's nothing more beyond the school than, well, school. It's the students that make things interesting." She will shake his hand, not having any problem with that. "See you around, John."

Siphon also took his hand and shook.

"Once again, welcome John, hope to be seeing you around here. Takes some time to get adjusted to things, at least it did for me, but once you do this is actually a pretty nice spot. Most people are friendly enough too, I don't think you'll have any trouble making friends."


A slight chuckle as he added, "and you didn't waste our time."

(Continuing from courtyard. The long line of stalkers is pretty amusing. I wouldn't be surprised if any bumped into the others like this.)

With Grace remaining unusually quiet overall, Ellisia answers Jackson with the introductions. "Ellisia Alvante, I share a room with Grace," said motioning to her room mate, " and Harrel is a friend of mine here on a visitor pass." at which Harrel does a little smile and wave. "Yo."

"I'd like to tell you more about what's going on or what we're doing right now, but truthfully, I don't know much either. Isabella was taken by someone that wasn't human, and I don't believe the authorities are going to be any help. Uhm, if you have any questions Jack, feel free to ask. No sense in worrying about politeness at a time like this." Ellisia says watching forward as she leads them all to the large water fall that gives the valley and school it's informal name. Reaching the clearing she looks about for Siphon, and if not immediately apparent calls his name, and proceeds to follow Harrel again who automatically takes lead as if he's known where Siphon is the whole time.


((Just realised that the base of the water fall most stuff here has mentioned happening at, wouldn't typically be accessible from the route I described. :p

Oh well, may gloss over that if needed.))

Jack listened and nodded as Ellisia spoke and as Harrel waved, Jack bows is head slightly and wave back with his ring and piny finger still folded over as if he was still holding his hand in the form of a fist. Then as Ellisia tells him more or less. to be open with any questions, he slows a bit at first before returning to the normal pace of the group.

"Not many questions come to mind right now... however there has been one on my mind. Is this place always.... this "lively"?" He asked bluntly.

"Woahwoahwoah, where're we going?" Emily says suddenly, shock in her voice as they near the waterfall and completely forgetting that she was stalking them only minutes before. "I, uh...I shouldn't be going near that..."

Gabriel, after much fumbling through the woods and a few cuts on his cargo pants from the underlying branches, stops to rest up against a tree near the clearing, noticing the group and moving out of sight, deciding to remain hidden this time instead of confronting them. He closes hi eyes for a split second, checking how much body fat he has left inside his body and cursing to himself. He then returns his attention to following the group of children and staying hidden.

Jonathan followed the group like before, but once he found himself protected by the thick shade of trees and bushes, he decided to shift form. Changing his body and clothes into a puddle of black liquid, the young man continued to follow the group, flowing forward like a snake. Hiding close to the ground and between the plants, he'd perk up from time to time to confirm the group's position. He attempted to stay close enough to listen to the conversation, avoiding sunlight as much as possible.

"Eh, lively? Well, yeah, I guess it is. For whatever reason, this school attracts all sorts of strange characters and phenomenons. It's the reason I'm here at least..." Ellisia says in reply to Jackson, ending with a light smirk, before looking off and calling out again trying to get Siphon's attention from where ever he might be lurking, "Hey Siphon, something's going on and we could use your input on it. You aroun...?" Cutting off at the end as Emily blurts out her issue with the waterfall, as the whole group turns to see the source of the voice.

"Emily? So your the one who's been trailing us huh." Ellisia says spotting the girl, then glancing to the surrounding area and the waterfall trying to determine what exactly she 'shouldn't be going near'. "Harrel, is there anyone else out there?"

"She's the first one that was trailing us, there are two more now actually." Harrel replies casually arms resting behind his head, lifting one hand.

Those listening might hear the sounds of yet another person making their way to the clearing, thought this one didn't seem to be making any effort to hide his approach.

Voices? Are there other people here?

Aloysius wanders out of the forest, and stops upon seeing the small group gathered near the waterfall.

"Uhh... hi. Sorry, am I interrupting? I wasn't expecting anyone else to be here..."

((Sorry Squid. Wasn't sure how this would work with Harrel having just said there were only two others, so I just went for it.))

Siphon had been sitting with Sho when he heard the sound of Elissia's voice. He was tempted to not reply at first, until he detected the concern in her voice. It was then that something told him it might be best to answer her. Standing, and placing a hand on Sho's shoulder, he spoke.


"By the edge of the falls! Your probably sixty or so meters from us!"


Muttering under his breath, Sho might catch a ...

"Bloody hell ... now what?"

"With this crowd, God only knows," the girl beside him replies with a bit of a laugh. She stretches a little and reaches over, giving his hand a squeeze. "So much for a leisurely skip-day, huh?" She'll sit with him and wait for the group to get closer, or, if he gets up, will join him after only a moment or two of grumbling protest.

Ian isn't exactly trying to be stealthy. There's little point of him doing so in the woods. If they were headed there, there was likely a good chance that the waterfall was the destination, or one of the clear spots amid the trees. Either way, he'd come across them at one point or another. And from the sound of things, picking to check the waterfall first was a good choice.

"What's old Siphon got himself into this time, aye?" he chuckles, hearing Elissia bellowing for his roomie and making is presence known to those that are loitering there.

(That's fine Bart. He probably would have said 3 in that case, but I'll leave it how it is. And if anyone noticed, Harrel's previous inaccuracy on the numbers has been deliberate.)

Harrel looks around scratching the back of his head as people wander over and the group becomes something of a gathering. "Er... just one more out there now." He says quietly to update Ellisia who was looking equally surprised to see so many people, crossing her arms and chuckling at the floor a moment, "Hmm, Aloysius was it? And hello Ian, we've just been looking for him to ask something. Excuse me a minute." She says stepping away from the group to walk over to the falls and the origin of Siphons voice.

Grace and Harrel remain now outnumbered. Grace offers a timid wave to everyone and shrugs when Harrel seems to glance to her for leadership. Lowering his arms to rest in his pockets as Ellisia carefully disappears from sight near the waterfall behind him, the Etherian visitor greets the curious followers, "Hi guys. Popular spot huh?"

He also notes mentally, just how hungry he is after being called out on this hike without a chance for breakfast.

Just out of sight at the spot Siphon had been Ellisia climbs over a rock and greets the pair. "Hi Siphon, Sho. Sorry to interrupt out of the blue, and uh, the crowd, but I think this is something you would want to know of, and may be able to help with." She starts, "Someone's been kidnapped, and the culprit..." she says going on to describe the events so far and especially the kidnapper.

"Oh, uh...yeah I guess I was...Been following you since you left your room actually." Emily says quietly as she looks around, checking to see if she would be getting any nearer to the waterfall if she continued to follow the group. "We're not going to go too close to the waterfall are we?"

Watching Ellisia wandering off to where she assumes the voice is, and thankful the rest of them remain standing here Emily pushes her way through the crowd of people to the front, the better to hear any new information once Ellisia comes back.
