Regarding Homestuck and the latest revelation that the new black queen doesn't mind shortcuts and has a lot of hair... I'm calling it now: It's Vriska, somehow. Or Terezi. But then again, do either of them know of John/Jake's peanut allergy?

Right, forgot about her. The only question is how she jumped sessions, then, as the process is supposed to be extremely complicated.

Also, I believe the Empress took over as Betty Crocker. Is she both Crocker and the Black Queen, then? I didn't think the Black Queen would be a player character.

She's Lord English's agent so I imagine he'd be able to pull most shit off. And the Empress never took over Betty Crocker, that's the name she created for herself and her company. The Black Queen isn't a player, she's an NPC, the same as all the other Derse and Prospit characters. Derse is also geared towards destruction so I imagine Noir and co. would have no problem listening to someone who's as destructive as the batterwitch. Not sure if the royal ring would work on anyone that isn't a carapace but if it does and the Empress takes on the qualities of what the R-Kids prototype their kernelsprites with then I just hope they don't prototype powerful shit.
