Shirako manages to pass the bear without waking it up. It takes another half an hour for her to reach the hills, and once she reaches the top of the first hill, she can already see the castle in the distance. Unfortunately, standing on a hilltop also means that other things can see her. As she starts towards the castle again, an echoing roar sounds from her right, and a large cat-creature readies to pounce towards her.

Shirako looks over her shoulder. She eyes the beast as she takes a few steps back as the cat redies to pounce. She hopes to use her magic early, shooting the cat in hopes of a first strike. "Not this again!"

The beast pounces, but is struck mid-pounce and lands short of Shirako, it's tendrils wavering in the air.

Shirako looks at the cat dead on and takes a sidestep, hoping to thrust another shot at the beast. Her green eyes never leaving the sight of the beast's cat eyes.

The ray hits the beast in the chest, making it roar in pain as one of the tendrils slashes across Shirako's stomach, causing a small cut.

Shirako yelps as she gets cut, her stomach tensing. "OOOW!!!!!" She glares at the creature, then decides to use a double attack on the beast, her hands glowing.

One of the beams hits the beast while it's attack causes Shirako to flinch and miss with the other one.

Shirako yelps as she fliches out. Her mind races, but then notices the beast seems weak. "Just a bit more.... hhhhn...." She glows a hand, to try to hit the displacer beast once more with a singular attack.

The beast manages to avoid the blast and Shirako manages to avoid the tendril - or that's what she thinks until discovering that it wasn't where she thought it was!

Shirako jumps to the side, but is smacked to the ground by the tentacle. "Ow! What the hell, how did that...." She looks to the beast, then the tendrils. Having no time to study, she readies another double attack, her hands glowing. "I hope he won't avoid this...."

The beast howls as the blasts hit it and slinks away. It takes Shirako two more hours to reach the castle.

Shirako smiles to herself. "Finally, I was able to win!" She moves toward the castle without delay. Two hours and she makes it to the castle. "Now to see the Baron to ask him a few questions..." She enters the castle in search for Harkonnen.

The baron is in his laboratory, apparently observing a chemical reaction so he doesn't notice when Shirako enters.

Shirako looks to Baron Harkonnen, then approaches, speaking. "I am back, Master. I have some news regarding to the priest of town. He is far far away into the big city in the east of town. It would be next to impossible to get there by the time something unknown to me happens. You have to tell me, sir. What is going to happen?"

The baron doesn't turn around. "The only important thing that's going to happen here is me finishing my experiment. Has there been any new deaths in the village? What about other important things, except the priest leaving?"

Shirako tilts her head. "There was one fresh new grave. But around it was a demon made of linen cloths. I suppose the priest put it there." She looks to the side, thinking. "Oh, and I have sent the list in. It will be delivered in two days. I sent the order in Yesterday after I left."

She continues to speak to the Baron. "Do you have any new business for me, my Master?"

"There are rumors of a body sphere in catacombs north from here. I want you to investigate and, if possible, bring me tissue samples. Off you go, then. Oh, and leave those reports on my office." The baron still doesn't turn around, and there's smelly vapors rising from the reaction.

Shirako nods. "Yes sir. I will do my best, sir." She moves to the office to write the reports from the village, then sets herself up and exits the castle. She looks to the north of it. "I have to find a body sphere..." She had previously obtained tissues from the office to take with her. She somewhat finds the Baron's studies forboding, but still trusts her Master. She moves onward.

There is no road going to the north, so Shirako has to go through the forest again, using paths made by animals. As she searches for the tomb, she happens upon an ancient paved road. Following it leads to a tomb, but the door in seems to be blocked by an enormous stone wheel. There's a woman studying it, dressed in practical clothes and armed with a sword.

Shirako travels the road, then toward the forboding tomb. She looks at it for a bit. "Hm.... that's a bit.... big." She looks to the woman. "Excuse me Miss... Do you know about this tomb?"
