What's new

ACT PUZ Vore Loli Ryona Guro [窓惑工房 / Window Frame] Dysthanasia (RJ01199228)

The full game feels better to play. Not as slow as the pre-release demo. The game tells you the next objective and has the blood trails to lead you. The Entrance area is slightly different. There are now collectibles and costumes hidden somewhere in the world
(I know there was a room I could not access because I wasted a screwdriver inside of the conveyor area and could not open a vent right after it)
. I hear there is no full gallery unlock after you beat the game, but the game will hint you where to get the scenes you missed? There was a new vent before the dog room, where you can crawl inside and when you reach the end
a young girl will be watching you
.
The enemies got modified a bit, like the fly can now game over you in both ways even if you're nude and has more attacks. There are also other obstacles now in that area.

The game is slightly more censored. IIRC there was a vagina visible in the pre-release demo, but now it's a barbie doll crotch. IIRC monster genitals were more explicit before, too? The gore seems fully uncensored, as you will see right at beginning when you get your game over. I haven't beat the game yet, but the Gallery is not sorted chronologically and only tells you if the game over requires the girl to be nude, so I cannot tell if I missed something, at least I know I haven't found new game overs on the baby monsters. Some monsters only have 1 game over when you meet them the first time, but gain another when you meet them the second time, so maybe that's how I'll unlock them.

EDIT:
lmao the dev renamed the game to "Cardiogram" in the Steam library (banner picture and the page you see when you click it). My old PC shows it like that, while my new PC still shows it as Dysthanasia.

huh? i thought those were just for show or atmosphere
they're everywhere and didn't seem to lead to anything when i checked
like i'm still prety early on though but ye i thought they were there to let you know a monster is nearby, or that they killed someone there
just like the blood on random walls

The only monster indicators is via audio cues and maybe the occasional "see them passing a corridor" shot. The only exception are the shadow blobs that chase you whenever you use your special sense, those show up out of nowhere and make no sounds and are only visible in the special sense and when the flashlight shines on them.

The blood splats show through walls and generally try to take the straightest path when possible, so they can break a little bit when there are multiple paths to an objective.

so there was ultimately only one extra semi-erotic scene from the demo, and the barbie doll issue fucking sucks. think this one didn't really come out of the development unscathed unfortunately. still some surprisingly good game and level design, its fun to play just as a game.

Thread moved to the H-games section.

can somebody smarter explain to me what the story in this one is? i have read all the notes but i still dont really understand what is going.

Anyone who has beaten all of them? Please give me the save file.

DYSTHANASIA game

I'm still trying to piece it together myself. I've finished the game, but I'm going to go back through a bunch of times in case I missed anything.
I have a pretty good idea of what happened, perhaps even who's who (were some of the monsters we encountered who I think they were?)
Even though I tried to explore everything I could, I know for SURE this game has easter eggs (girl in the vent has to be), and I didn't find any of the two supposed extra outfits.
I recall seeing a few extra loose vents throughout the game. Perhaps it is possible to use one of the screwdrivers on those?
Eventually I want to do a plot summary/lore writeup, but I have a sinking feeling that would require reading the spoiler below.
I'll also probably do some out of bounds exploration later on, to see if there's anything else the developer hid/scrapped.

I'll have to rework the thread a bit; at some point I will probably try to write a guide, but this one's long enough to make that a REAL pain in the ass.
The dolls and the VENTS, my god the VENTS, what's in the vents?!
Yes, directly. This one must be a prequel to XENOPHOBIA. (but how?)
Xeno is the one I didn't play/never finished, and I've seen some people referring to the final boss as if it's someone they recognized.
Maybe it's been too long, or maybe I need to play Xenophobia, but I really didn't understand the significance of that character.
That lore writeup may take some time.

Did you manage to get all the scenes? I finished the game and collected all the so called lucifer dolls and unlocked the bonus costume (micro bikini). The school swimsuit I think is unlocked when you finish the game? There are 3 costumes in total in the R18 patch. The other 2 (hospital pajamas and gothic dress) are only available in the steam version. I got all 8 achievements. All I'm missing is the tentacle room in the tunnel level (red glowy floating ghost area). It's supposed to be found in a hidden room somewhere and there's a picture in that room but I have no idea where it could be after running around for hours. It reminds me of the first version of Black amusement park 2 where you wandered around aimlessly for hours before finding some hidden path. The red ghost supposedly can teleport you in that room but the scene never triggered for me after many tries.

Beaten it with 3 missing scenes (2 from heavy saw monster, 1 from dog).

Quick guide, I'll let someone else polish out the details. What scene you get depends on her clothes and which attack finished her off. To become nude, let enemies hit you until the clothes are fully gone, keep a few tablets with you and try to get hit by weak attacks, it seems to happen randomly, like 33% chance? If you care about game overs, spend the whole game nude, because few of the scenes require her to be clothed and there are frequently clothes nearby save points or checkpoints.
After you beat the game, you can see grayscale images of where you can find the game over. You can also change her outfit for the scene.

[Row:Column:Nude?]
1:1:N - Standard death, just run out of health without triggering other game overs.
1:2:N - Cut neck. Cyclops enemy near the beginning. One of its attacks caused it.
1:3:Y - Sex. Cyclops enemy. While nude, let it grab you.
1:4:N - Head crushed. Dog enemy, while clothed let it finish her off with the jump.
2:1:N - Razorwire all-the-way-through. Dog enemy, let it finish her off with a specific attack.
2:2:Y - Mounted by dog. While nude, have the dog jump at you.
2:3:N - Beaten to death with a rock by baby enemies. Let 3 of them grab you until you see it.
2:4:Y - Eaten alive by baby enemies. Only available in the Flesh area, while nude let tentacles grab you and have a baby attack you.
3:1:Y - Tentacle cunnilingus. Same Flesh area as above, while nude lead the tentacles and babies towards a nearby small corpse, then trigger the game over. (Progress the scene and end it as soon as possible! There is a bug that will trap you in the scene and force you to close the game, you won't unlock it this way.)
3:2:N - Brain sucked. Get attacked by the giant fly's mouth.
3:3:Y - Insect birth. While naked, get grabbed by a giant fly.
3:4:N - Vertical cut in half. Heavy saw monster, it's the first enemy you face, let it cut her vertically. This enemy has no other moves.
4:1:N - Horizontal cut in half. Heavy saw monster after the baby / fly area, let it cut her horizontally.
4:2:N - Broken neck. Heavy saw monster after the baby / fly area, let it grab you with its hand. Unlike the other moves, this one is not instant death, so it's hard to get it, here's the trick: horizontal slashes can't hit you while you're crouched, vertical slashes are slow and can be dodged by dashing forward past the enemy. The hand grab is very slow and makes a distinct creaking noise.
4:3:N - Sawed from bottom to top. Heavy saw monster on the conveyor belts, while the puppet hands are holding you, let the the saw monster grab you.
4:4:Y - Fingering. While nude, let the puppet hands grab you.
5:1:N - Swallowed. Stomach enemy, let it swallow you. This might require clothes, but they're in a room right nearby.
5:2:N - Acid shower. Stomach enemy, let it use its acid shower attack on you (not the acid spit). Just keep dodging when it uses the mouth attack.
5:3:Y - Swallowed and dissolved. Stomach enemy, while nude let it swallow you.
5:4:N - Penetrated on a spike all-the-way-through. 4-armed enemy, one of its attacks will trigger this.
6:1:N - All limbs ripped off. 4-armed enemy, one of its attacks will trigger this.
6:2:Y - Mating press. 4-armed enemy, while nude, get grabbed by it.
6:3:N - Head crushed. 4-armed enemy, one of its attacks will trigger this.
6:4:N - Flesh pillar. Red ghost, if you let it get too close, it will transform you into a monster.
7:1:N - Explosion. Final boss, get caught in its light.
7:2:N - Monster birth. Red ghost in the final area, one of its attacks will attach many hair strands to the girl.
7:3:Y - Tentacle trap. While nude, get caught by a tentacle locker. Early on in the game you'll be going through baby monsters, then a fly and humanoid monsters, then back to the area with the baby monsters. Find the valve handle, open the gate near a save point, then go through the gate and right away you'll find another save point near an elevator and a glowing jammer pillar. Look to the right, there's a vent to crawl through. The locker here is a mimic.
7:4:N: - Crushed. Just fall into a crusher in the conveyor belt area.
8:1:Y - Diced by a wire trap. Walk past the decontamination room into the white wire tunnel before defusing the trap.
8:2:Y - Absorbed by a flesh wall. In the flesh area, there are flesh walls that will try to crush you, get crushed.
8:3:N - Crushed by walls. In the final area maze there is a door leading to an empty room with an item. Pick up the item.
8:4:N - Parasite. Get grabbed by an infested girl monster. Walk around a bit, periodically 3 scenes will happen. (there is a bug where you can be caught in this state forever, so don't move too far away and don't save! The liquid spew attack causes it afaik.)
9:1:N - Skin removed. Red ghost in the final area, one of its attacks will warp the girl.

Red Pill 1 (invisibility and Refined Substance achievement):
The first screwdriver you find will be used as part of the story. The second screwdriver iirc is behind the jammer pillar in the third encounter with the heavy saw monster. There might be another in the conveyor belt area but I don't remember. Anyway, keep the second one! Don't use it on the shortcut and don't use it beside the conveyor belts.
Near the end of the conveyor belt area, after you're hunted by the heavy saw monster, you'll go inside the building and there'll be closed room that you can access through a blocked vent. Open it with the screwdriver, the pill is inside.
Keep the pill it's one of the strongest "oh shit" buttons in the game and the final area, the Tunnel Maze, is really annoying.
Find a save point, save, use the pill to get the Refined Substance achievement, load the game.

Red Pill 2: PHI code puzzle
I haven't unlocked it myself, but apparently near the PHI keypad there is a room where the ground has a Phi and the Ceiling has the code? Someone posted a solution within the Steam images.

The collectible dolls are very noisy so if you explore you should find them all very shortly after you hear them.
The final one is somewhere in the huge maze, IIRC I picked the right entrance into the maze, walked left through the small pillar cage maze, searched for a while until I found a green tunnel and saw 2 items on the ground with the doll nearby. Something feels odd about the maze, is it randomized? If not, it would be nice if someone managed to map it someday, because it was really tough to find the final doll.
EDIT: Yup, the final area is randomized. Good luck.

EDIT2:
Cleaned some things up. Also:
Did you manage to get all the scenes? I finished the game and collected all the so called lucifer dolls and unlocked the bonus costume (micro bikini). There is no tentacle room I think. It's the game over 8:3, a small closed room with an item on the floor. It's pretty obvious when you see it from the outside.
The Tunnel maze is randomized, so nothing will save you.

EDIT3:
And done. What's a safe way of sharing save files? Google drive?

Save_Property seems to be the global save (gallery, costumes).
Save00 is shortly after beating the conveyor belt area (has the red pill for the achievement and is almost the half-way point if you quickly need to catch up)
Save09 is at the end of the Tunnel maze, right before the final boss. Can be used to backtrack and unlock one of the game overs here from the final boss or the red ghost. Or you can use it to skip the shitty Tunnel maze.
This is only compatible with the patched 1.0.4 version. Unpatched will not work, according to the developer.

I suppose the next and final steps is someone extracting the demo player model (and maybe monster models that are there) and adding them to the full game as mods/replacers, and an uncensored patch, because the demo had a much better character model and I think even the monsters dicks were slightly different too. Hopefully someone knows how to work with Unreal files and hopefully it's as simple as a swap around.

The way we went from fully modelled to barbie doll and censoring feels kind of pointless considering you have to patch the game for adult content anyway.

So it just crushes you between the walls or something? Lame. I saw a screenshot somewhere that was different from the tentacle locker. Maybe it was unused material that wasn't implemented in the final version.
I hope there will be later updates to add new stuff. I remember there was at least one more monster. Something rather small that shoots spikes at you. That didn't make it in this build.

It's the wall-crushing scene that was part of the pre-DLsite game over compilation he posted on ci-en.
When it comes to tentacles, a few scenes utilize them. The Locker mimic, the baby monster scenes, the flesh-wall scene might have seemed like it could have tentacles.

I've actually been looking for a way to get my hands on that original game over compilation video again to see how it looked uncensored, as the dev seems to have removed the posts.

I was misled to believe (due to context) that there is another tentacle room scene when it was actually just a pose you can get in the gallery after completing the game. I knew there would be the wall crushing game over since the trailer preview. Maybe I just had my hopes up too high.
There are some things I would like to see in game.
1. A tentacle scene where she is impregnated but not killed. Maybe in the toilet? That wasn't used yet but it was hinted at.
2. Stepping on a spiky small maggot paralyzes her and they slowly crawl inside her holes and implant themselves for later birth. This results in a debuff in running speed and occasional cramps.
3. A surviving mad doctor for christ sake. Or some living staff or guards. If they follow her around naked with cameras all over the place then it is already implied.

Man this game was a fucking blast
Scary as shit corridors, no relying on jump scares though i don't particularly hate them but still
Although the scariest mf was by far the big saw guy,
after you kill the fucker the game stops being scary, i mean, i was expecting him to come back, also it's implied there's more than one looking at the corpse and the note where a guy says he fucked it up with heavy machinery
but yeah when he was alive HO BOY i was fucking SCARED the whole time, after he's dead i was way less scared
Anyway... Man
I was seriously, SERIOUSLY at some point playing more for the lore, like fuck, bro... these horror h game writers have no right going this hard
can somebody smarter explain to me what the story in this one is? i have read all the notes but i still dont really understand what is going.
is the game related to his previous games?
Basically
scientist has an accident and his wife and daughter die
he's involved in an experiment that revives people
since he's involved in such an experiment, well, of COURSE he's gonna try to revive them
turns out the wife is beyond salvation because she was too old
machine only works on young living beings, but not TOO young, they think that at some point after some years of living, they obtain something, this would explain why rats could never be revived, they don't live too long, but humans and dogs that were past a certain age could
however after many years of living this same thing obtained deteriorates over time, which makes it impossible to revive living beings past a certain age, all attempts at reviving old folks fail
what could that be? the soul maybe? that's my personal interpretation
now, however, revived people, after some time, fucking die again
and they can be revived again
but each time they they just revive in a worse condition, they stop being able to talk, or to even go to the bathroom themselves, and then they start having metal parts in their body, so scientists at some point give up and stop reviving them

machine involved, according to notes, is actually not a machine, but a little girl???

other notes mention that they don't know if the process is science or if the machine acts as a portal to a demon world, so maybe it's not science but something paranormal,
or maybe it's a bit of both

some revived people and workers report seeing an unknown girl in the hallways, and they can also hear her laugh

then at some point things start going to shit
some revived people mutate, some die, some become monsters, and even some workers become monsters too

more notes say that monsters and revived people are connected to the machine and that's what makes them able to stay alive, which is why they call them tethered

more more and more notes imply that the girl in the machine is hatsuka towada, the daughter of the scientist

the machine also causes the building to warp and change forms, the facility essentially becoming a maze trapping everyone

then we reach the ending, MC deactivates the machine, the ghost girl disappears and is sucked into a black hole of sorts... everything returns to normal, the building returns to its normal form... and then MC slowly walks up to the machine which is now a normal machine with a capsule, there's a girl in a very poor condition inside, she sees the girl in the capsule... then... collapses on the spot
but she's still alive as she can be seen breathing
ghost girl and the girl in the machine was hatsuka towada
yes, same name as MC of xenophobia

anyway a door opens, and some people speculate it's the main scientist who has been watching us through the cameras, the girl's father, but i remember a note saying that he killed himself? or am i tripping and that was someone else?

EDIT: now since we've established it's hatsuka, maybe the note that mentions a mountain with paranormal activity is the place where xenophobia takes place, since we know that hatsuka is kidnapped and taken somewhere
and maybe she dies there and the whole car accident thing is bullshit, but this is just speculation on my part

holy fuck...

i like the final boss music though, really climactic, anyone knows how to rip musif off unreal engine games? anyway

i thought it was downer ending, but turns out 396 lives
i also wonder just how much does she realize about her situation and what happened?
if she realized that she was a tethered and she wouldn't live long, she had some balls for deciding to take action against the machine, when she could've stayed in the cozy room that has a lot of books living off energy drinks and shit XD
if i understand correctly, was the hallway with the moving grid trap the only way to the exit? so she was stuck inside anyway?
notes say that resurrected individuals lose their memories, but i can't remember if that happens on the first time or after being revived multiple times? the MC never asks who am I? and she's able to speak normally which means her cognitive functions aren't that deteriorated so she probably hasn't been revived many times
so many questions, but it's fine, we all know that when horror games over explain it usually doesn't end well

i probably am missing some stuff, like our character waking up to the number 396? is that number mentioned again? i can't remember but hmmm.... i refuse to believe the number is random
probably someone smarter than me will figure out more stuff
I have not played the previous games, but if they're related now i definitely want to
i never played them because i thought there weren't ANY h-scenes at all, are there? i mean sex
if my theory about the mountain with paranormal activity is true that could make this a sequel to xenophobia where hatsuka fucking dies

Even though I tried to explore everything I could, I know for SURE this game has easter eggs (girl in the vent has to be), and I didn't find any of the two supposed extra outfits.
She's the ghost girl, that's just the first time she appears.

We need a free camera mod to see if her model during that appearance has a proper face, and for free camera movement during h scenes too.
Also... I want that ghost girl modded in the h-scenes themselves XD
maybe her eyes are always shadowed though, but her mouth is visible, and if she follows in-game bones logic then she surely can be modded into the main girl because she's also the same size

@BapZap how did you do the out of bounds free camera mod? i wanna try it for myself

anyway
man fucking cinema
1764238371916.png
holy hell

also the big muscular crybaby h scene was hot
mating press ftw
tall guy lacks a creampie
and fingering hands were cool too
voice actress is perfect because there aren't any over the top screams, which is ironic considering this is a guro h game

EDIT: HOLD ON HOLD ON
maybe the playable character isn't hatsuka, i honestly don't know how i came to that conclusion
and someone said she is still breathing in the end, and yes it seems she is
and i just noticed that the dress the ghost girl wears is similar to the one hatsuka towada wears in xemonophobia... except with the ribbon

reddit post picture
1764278650213.png
so she has a face
i wanna see her mating pressed
hopefully her face wasn't removed from the demo to the full game
actually i don't even remember her from any demo but they said she was there

In the ending, afaik it's confirmed
396 does not die, at least she's still breathing if you look closely. Whether she will survive or not long-term is hard to say coz afaik revived girls have short lifespans.

IIRC the game confirms the girl inside the machine is Hatsuka, and she's kept alive, which is exactly what got this whole incident going. 396 cannot be Hatsuka, because the girl in that machine is Hatsuka.
As for Hatsuka's mother, iirc her body was destroyed beyond recovery, he could only revive Hatsuka. You're still right that the mother is also unlikely to revive, because there is a much higher chance of success with victims in their teens (must have lived more then X years but less than Y years, which was stated to be pretty much the teen age. The scientists didn't just stop reviving the victims, it's just that after a bunch of attempts the victim's body begins to mutate IIRC.

yep you're correct, honestly i don't know how i came to that conclusion
pulled it out of my ass
updated my lore recap accordingly
so i guess this does tie to xenohpobia then
wonder why
she evil now
though

I hope the future game will contain more H at least equal or more compared to the guro parts. Also not requiring a game over would be nice too.

So looking at that scene list, there's only like 2 vore scenes in the game? Kinda lacking.

some more updates on the lore, things i missed
hatsuka towada's father here is named hiroki towada while in xenophobia he was named seiichiro towada

at least according to this website
sadly i haven't found those older demos that had more lore

also in here
hatsuka's mother died while she was pregnant with her, hatsuka was never born, so maybe this really is a spin off instead of a sequel
though one thing they'd have in common is high intelligence, it's stated in that same website that hatsuka had a high IQ in xenophobia, and in here in dysthanasia maybe that's why she got hooked to the device, because according to some notes the device needed to have a super computer capable of quantum calculation, so it's probably using her brain
now
for everyone who has gotten to the ending and has seen her body, ain't no fucking way in hell that's the body of an unborn baby
