Seems to me that the only real bearing it had on the story is the way he saved her in the second episode and by what great stamina and regeneration abilities he has, sexually and otherwise. Other than that, it doesn't seem to matter in the least since the series is likely done.

Yeah, I understand why...sorta...but it's pretty rare that a hentai series is released that has any decent plot. Even more difficult to find one that has any character development. I enjoy some good ole grindy fucky sucky videos but if they have a plot, character development and good dialog, then all the better.
