Yeah when i see that logo my brain screems "Enterbrain"(pardon the joke) in red next to it.
Didnt enterbrain have a 2d engine? and theres a populer fighting/porn game series in it. Has some deliciously thick chick with short black? hair in it... "something" blade?

If you go back through his blog history, one of his posts has a screenshot of what I assume to be the game making engine's UI, setting up one of the enemies.

Actually i think its queens axe? queens blade is where the characters are from?
I dunno...

anyway, ill take a look through, might help...

Did some digging and i got
2D Fighter maker 2nd
2D Fighter maker 2K (FM2K)

But unsure.

what really? i just opened my browsers, hooray what timing!

E:
so far playing the forest and now half of the desert, the two desert bosses got new skills, the shouting one gives yourself the power to throw words at enemies. the bunny skill gives you a double jump if you press X a second time in air..
after the shouter theres a hidden wall that leads to a passage you can enter only using the dash skill which you get from the kappa, area looks like a tomb.
E2: golem: nice dont know how to handle them but the game looks like telling you to just pass around them xD
E3: somehow i feel like i should check other areas than the tomb for more skills....
E4: those octopus enemies got some fine glitching if you use the shoutskill on them

Gah, one moment i looked away, and Zell decided to finally release the new version. :p

In case people missed it.

New Version, Version 1.09, Doesn't Compatible with Old Saves.

Additional info (deduced with Google-Fu):
-10 total of new monstergirls (capturable not guaranteed).
-4 total of new H animation for past monstergirls (unspecified).
-New area: Ruins. It is advised that you visit this area after getting recommended skills (don't know which ones yet) cuz of some enemies mechanic there.
-(Not sure with this one) All monstergirls that can be captured but hasn't yet will be indicated in the manual(?).
-The author asks the players to refrain from spoiling the new contents, mainly Monstergirls Capture Methods, so quickly. He asks for consideration. How about a few days maybe 3 from here on guys?

Hello everyone, I've been observing this thread for a while now and would like to thank you for the continued strings of information and news you've provided since you spotted the game.

I've been however having trouble downloading any version of the game's demo, I always reach 50% and my download freezes.

If anyone could upload the game somewhere and post the link here, it would be greatly appreciated.

A download issue is more than likely an issue on your end.
I do not want anyone to upload it to another server as it would bring traffic away from the creators downloads, which is tracked for traffic and used as a interest/popularity test.

I could help diagnose youre internet issue but i dont think this is the best place.

I am fully aware the issue is on my end, hence why I asked for help here.

My connection issue cannot be diagnosed since it is an issue of speed,I would think that the download providing website auto disconnects downloads that take too long, and my connection downloads at a speed of 35-50 KB per second.

However I understand your viewpoint and concern, Have a nice day.

Man the ruins are brutal lol.

I have only managed to capture the thief cat yet ( blond enemy with a knife in the ruins ) , and it seems you have 3 crystals to activate to progress. So far, only found one behind the fox / mimic enemy.

I also have a theory on how to capture the titty imps, but havent managed to pull it off yet. I'm tryin to make a imp hit another imp with their energy balls, but i get hit before it gets remotely close to the imp. Will try with other skills like dodge and see if it works.

I cant help but feel i'm missing a lot of powers, i cant seem to do anything with the either golem enemies, i'll go back and capture all the old girls and see if i get anything new besides the songtress and bunny powers.

( Speakin of, anyone found a use to the songtress power yet ? )

EDIT: HUH. There's also a new area in the beach area with octopus girls ? I'm guessing they arent finished, cuz the only way i've found to interact with them is to fus roh dah them to death, and it swaps their model with the water tiger one.

Yea,you use it to capture one of the old mon girls

Hah ! Captured the blue werewolf girl. She gives you a hammer power, and i'm guessing that'll unlock a lot of things in the ruins.

For those who didnt find her, blue werewolf is in the hallway with the golem gards ; one of the platforms has a darker wall, and you can enter a new area by pressing UP. There's anothe golem type enemy and the blue werewolf after the portals.

hum, so far i was only able to catch the kitsune in the ruins/tombs, gives you the stone-cloak skill, maybe its useful for the imp tactic in the ruins, lets try some tactics on the other ones, didnt throught you can catch the thief yet.

if the thief u mentioned is the cat with knife dashing at you,she is capturable,there is a reason why she didnt dissapear after defeated ;)

well after using all my assets and the obvious way which ended in a deadlock *pun* i just tried other monsters but if you say so, guess i am gonna throw everything again to try out what works^^

By kitsune, you mean the one that turns into rocks and keeps dodging ? Damn it i have tried everything and nothing works to capture her.
