There aren't many due to most side scroller having a female protagonist, as mentioned before on this thread.

But the only two mentioned as as to my knowledge are Monsters 'n Girls and the work in progress MOGI origins.

Do you want some general mon-girl games recommendations as to substitute?
I'm sure we'd all have allot of suggestions.

There's still a few with male protag:

While RePure Aria and Rimuririmu use female protags to fight, sex is mostly male protag oriented so they should count too.

Chronicles of Prey 1 + 2

Devil/Demon angel Sakura 1-4 is trap but still counts.

MonMusu Hunter + J + 2

Ascension Mononoke Village

I don't mind if its male or female protag, I just want some quality fap material. That being said, I want monster girls, I'm a huge fan of reverse-rape and forced creampies

Edit: OH! and I cant read Japanese, so if it requires choices to progress I'm not really wanting that. I don't mind if it doesn't affect the gameplay though....also I like free stuff

It does have choices but luckily for you they're as obvious as a hentai VN's options are, just save before any choices/boss battles.

I'm guessing it may be because they're recycling everything so much every time that it's starting to feel annoyingly generic.

Maybe they could commission a new artist for another game but I don't know how big the Masoforte subcircle actually is. That'd be refreshing though. Also stop using the same monsters every time (there's always a beast girl, a plant girl, some kind of slime girl and the demon lord always has twin tails and a footjob scene, it's getting repetitive)

The M genre is not a small one, there are tons of different positions and subfetishes that could be incorporated. If Violated Hero tried to diversify a bit more than just repeating the formula they set in the second game, I think their games would end up being better

Well there's not many reverse rape games really. At least one's that involve a human male protagonist against a horde of monster girls. Sadly, most of them are all shota content so, no sharing. That, and I don't remember the names of any of them xD

Besides those, my only other few pixel game recommendations still stand as:
Trigger Happy (Side-Scrolling Platformer)
Noaika (Action Platformer)

Well, excessm's games have a few monstergirls scattered around in 'em, but it's mostly just normal women assaulting our boy hero. His newest one, Parade Buster, does have a better ratio of Monstergirl:Normal, though. I'd recommend them all regardless

That certainly seems to be true for a lot of sidescrollers/action games. A lot of VN's with reverse rape and a non-shota protag do exist, but most of 'em seem to go untranslated. It's machine translation, moonrunes, or fuck off back to Call of Duty, unfortunately.

Theres was one reverserrape kinda "ghost and golins" themed, uh more like just generic man with sword running throught a cementery.....anyway theres was a slime and zombie grill

it was really good animated but for some reason it was never finished (?) i lost the blog of the dev so im not sure anyway.

also if someone know what im talking about a link to his blog would be awsome, the demo of the game was really good.
