Seems like he uploaded a version for bug testing? Downloading now to check. The post in blog says it's to person who has backgrounds issue, and it also says it's based on 1.12, so I guess there's no new content.

EDIT: Yeah, unpacked the game assets, there is no new girls.

Yeah, there's no new girls. But I noticed several new tiles which will be used for Lizard girl room, as you can see

I can confirm these tiles weren't in the game until this Bug Test version.

A quick question, does anyone here have an walkthrough of this game or something of the genre? Because is very easy to get lost and stuck on this game... :(

Do you have an error on game startup like this?

It seems like .actbin file was damaged during extraction. Try to redownload the game and extract it with latest stable WinRar build. You can also try to set your system locale to Japanese.

It didn't have that message error to me it went pretty well when I extracted it and system locale was already in japanese though thanks i'll try that I download that through here

This archive's fine. But something is interfering with the game on your PC. Try to disable antivirus, if you have any. I don't know what else could be a problem.

version 1.13 of the game (1.12 is when we got eater, gargoyle, evil bunny, & the ass walls and is the newest version at this time)
