This is a really rough partial of Wings of Roldea, when i asked if someone wanted to do a partial on this no one wanted to in the discord, so i went to Yugifan3
readme and did what was written on there, but i had little to none Japanese knowledge and English is not my first language so expect some errors maybe.
Anyway thank you very much to Yugifan3 for the guide and thank you very much to Sinflower for the tools to translate wolf RPGs

To install:
Just place the Folders in Data and backup original .wolf Files.
delete .wolf files of the same name of the partial folders

What is in the partial:

Status Menu
All items but 2 or 3 (some items were giving errors if translated,but the description is translated)
Items Description
Some Equipment
Settings Menus
A lot of choices (some still not translated)
Action Menu on the bottom left
Status Ailments near Action Menu
MC Thoughts on the Top right
Some Dialogues
Skills (some skills were giving errors if translated, but the description is translated)

To Do:

Main Menu (It's a picture and i don't know how to translate that)
Stats Screen on Main Menu (same problem as the Main Menu)
Few Choices left
Monsters Names
NPCs names
Dialogues

So there is another person trying to translate some stuff in the Discord, he/she is having some problems and if it's okay with him/her when it's done
i will add it to this partial. This is, like i said, a very rough partial so if someone wants to add to it or just complete it then feel free to use it!
Maybe one day we might have a full translation of this!

That's the problem, can't decrypt them on my computer. If someone can send me the decrypted files, I could "redraw" them in english

Ahh i see, sorry was drunk when i wrote that message lol i didn't make any sense, but yeah if someone can send you the decrypted files, maybe try asking in the game thread? i am still going to be away for a while....

This translation looks -FANTASTIC- so far.

Sooo I have version 1.07, applying these folders into the data folder does not result in the translation working. Am I missing something? XD

EDIT: Oh I see! I had to remove the .wolf files with the same name. My mistake!

For god knows why, I'm unable to decrypt the data folder in my game. I tried arc converter and DEX and failed with both.
Would someone be kind enough to upload a prepatched data folder please?
I will be forever grateful.

could you screenshot your game folder?

Besides the SFX bubbles I couldn't find any images for any menus. Those are probably done in the common data scripts.

Here's the title image and the map images for villages/cities that had labels (black with white border for the text) if anyone wants to translate but can't extract themselves.

No need to decrypt anything, after you put the partial folders in the Data folder, either delete BasicData.wolf and MapData.wolf or put them in another folder outside the Data folder

Some of the menu stuff you missed (the main pause menu and the load/save menus) are controlled by strings in the User database 15/16. Any reason this wasn't translated or did you just miss it?

I didn't notice any bugs when I changed them.

When i tried to change them it would bug the game when patching and it wouldn't open anymore, and when reverting the action it would start again, so i figured i couldn't change them, so if you are able to change them without problems it would be very helpful!

Here is just the user database with those two parts translated (version 1.07). Are you using an the wolfrpg editor to translate or a tool like rpgtrans?
