Try including cheat_menu.js in comp.js and turn on no clip using the cheat menu.

Uhh, haven't played the full game yet, but if my memory is correct, that's when they introduced the 'warp' function
So try holding W to warp to the demon world club room.

Replayed the game up to the point where I had the problem. No one introduces any warp function yet. But I did notice that right after they come back from the dungeon and have their talk in the club room, the scene transitions to the MC and her sister(?). Its all fine until the girls start walking to school. the first random dude to comment on the girls has no problem but as the girls walk past the other guys on their way to school the game seems to be skipping their dialogue automatically to the point where it doesn't show up. I think this is what the illusionbreaker dude from a few posts back talked about. I'll try using the unedited comp.js file to see if that works.
Edit: It worked, problem solved. Unless I somehow manage to fuck up something else...

On Chapter 8 currently (just switched to Easy mode for the progression). Dunno if I'm missing anything here, but why does the white-haired girl only have 1 birth scene while the other 3 have 2 each? Not sure if it's intended like that or not.

You are not missing anything. There's only one scene in the toilet. Plot-wise it's probably because she's the only one who's being fucked by people who don't care if she lives or dies.
Chapter 1 I've beaten the first boss, and the game keeps bouncing me back into the room, what the heck does it want me to do?

So it appears that Sonya and Yui don't show the H accounterments like the nipple piercings in the attack screen?
I can see them fine on the character screen, but when I go into battle they are missing.

A lot of the H "decorations" like body writing and babies count don't show up in the attack screen. Not sure if the dev will fix that in the future.

According to the update notes the 15 Jan patch fixed the body writing.
It's quite a good game, I'm wondering why it's not getting much attention. I believe problems hooking text for machine translation are the main reason, so here is a quick summary how to get it working:
1. Unpack the game with a recent version of EnigmaVBUnpacker.
2. Patch it with RPGMakerMVGame Hook patcher.
3. Go to www/js/plugins/
4. Make a backup of original comp.js and then append code from Clipboard_llule.js to comp.js
Translation hook works fine except for the part with 2 sisters walk of shame where the game messes with window_message which is used by hook.
So make sure to go back to original comp.js for this part (first time you need to use save before first boss fight with 3 goblins, for every other you can save just before the walk).
Then restart the game with original comp.js, finish the walk, save, quit, patch comp.js and restart again.

Although it's a full gallery for the release version, since then there 4 or 5 more scenes (which aren't unlocked by the shared save).
And... there's a full save on Etigoya save folder.
The new scene are the birthing and the good end scene (archieving it / reviewing it gave the option to unlock every scene)
