releasing a "free" public demo while the game is in its current under-developed state would do more harm than good and not only that it would also piss off all current paying members who actually gave their money to get their hands on an early demo access.

I strongly disagree with that, the game isn't anywhere near ready to be getting a public release, maybe when the dev team has more funds and a better idea on what they want to do.
We do plan to make a public Demo when the game is done to a certain point, and we will also use that demo of an older version for DLsite.

They're currently sorting out how to implement the mechanics they want in their game; that's too early to have a public demo - meant for promotion - out.
But they do provide videos (with actual gameplay) and public spoilers on their patreon. They're serious devs with a release date in mind, not some con artists who would release a hurried 0.1 to have it reel in nincompoops for years.
Demos take time & effort, actually delaying the release, unless the dev needs playtesters (AKA Patrons) for feedback. I'd rather have the game come out 1 month earlier, and no demo at all xDUTW only has to show less than 5mn of video (glorified as a game for some reason) after the time & money graphtreon.com knows
Succubus Covenant has 0 pulic posts on their patreon. That's as much as I know, and I don't wanna know more thanks to that.
In contrast, Ason is a company with a (pretty good) game already under their belt, actively demonstrating what they're currently working on.
That doesn't make them 100% trustworthy oc, but they at least proved they know there's money to be made by actually completing and releasing a game. Best argument I can think of.

I don't know if I missed it or not, but I would like a storage box available in the church or by the campfire where I can store items I don't plan on using / want to stockpile.

I think earned marketing is definitely underutilized. A good way to spread word of mouth is in the same way as the fighting game community. Fan art. If you can get high-profile artists to draw fan art of your characters, you'll bring in their followers. Even just getting other popular game creators to do fan art would help share communitites. You wouldn't even have to pay. Just doing an art trade would be incredibly beneficial.
Oh. Please release your game on itch.io as well as DLsite for the west. You can negotiate how much itch takes instead of the insane amount DLsite takes, and they have a fantastic customizable page. I think people in the east are REALLY sleeping on itch.io. My friend @TitanAnteus putYou must be registered to see the links(Non-adult test-game) on itch and he vouches for it. They give detailed analytics, about when people play, view, and comment. They have an open comments section so it's more open to communication, and the adult competition (which is allowed by the way) is TRASH. Literal TRASH. If you release there you'd be a god.
I think I remember seeing the one scene for the main heroine. Regarding her appearance it doesn't make much sense to me. She has soft features, and looks very passive.

For main heroine, yes, we purposely made her to be passive or even emotionless in the beginning. She would definitely get more passionate, and more proactive in H-scenes.
There would be more girl character showing up at the Safe House later in game, and trust me, there should be some that’s up for you taste.

The best part is that you can post a demo like the game Kaien I linked to from my friend before and people would have direct access to the demo IMMEDIATELY. Asking players to download files might be one step too far for some people. Having a demo to access right from the game's buying screen with HTML5 which RPG Maker MV supports would make them more likely to test the product.
Other developers who I think are similar to you in content matter are FOBS, and sometimes Kyrieru. @Kyrieru is not too active, but if he art trades with you, you will gain a large portion of the western fanbase. He's a western developer.

We will see what we can do about it.A quality of life suggestion: tapping Q or W should lock on to the closest enemy, if applicable. Tapping again will target the next enemy if there is one in range(W will only target melee range targets, Q alternate between targets in cardinal and ordinal directions from closest to furthest out). W makes targeting melee simple without being hit first and Q makes targeting enemies easier for throwing items/weapons. Please keep up the great work, we are all looking forward to more.![]()

Have an item we can find/buy that acts as a trap for enemies only, to give enemies a potentially sexy debuff. What exactly is hard to say, but maybe a trap that can stun them, then you run into them to molest the enemy girl, which can possibly heal you, give you an item, or even be like a "this trap can make the enemy lactate and oh look they will now grapple you and give you a nursing handjob". I'm just pulling shit out of my ass, I'm not sure what's easy or not to develop.
