Discussion Sex MUGEN 2.0 General Discussion Thread


I'm kinda happy that mugen_ero's back be that for this time only or he'll be active again. Mugen has been stagnant recently and gettag's the only active creator pushing out content (actually shares his works). I have to give credit where its due tho, mugen_ero has pioneered current state of h-mugen, The new stuff is based on his concept of an aggressor-victim. He's done spriteworks for basically 4 characters in a short amount of time but it is noticeable that he already has "templates" for positions at his disposal. Yea sure people hate that he's not willing to share his characters(me included), content gets repetitive but you gotta give credit for what he's done. For all we know maybe horuakuti will be inspired to do something again after mugen_ero's sudden re-emergence, after all, they are fans of each other and horuakuti did tweet to welcome him back

For the reason on why he doesn't share his characters is probably the same reason for the people at mugenryona. Well most of them

(Yes, I've tried ytdl and j-downloader, neither of them work because FC2's adult section is a horrible incoherent mess behind the scenes, and uses JavaScript in the worst way!)

IDM tends to work with fc2(mostly) but it's still clunky as hell sometimes grabbing the link correctly and sometimes not (it seems really random)...

Erm, that particular topic has already been debated to hell so i won't comment on that, but you're wrong regarding mugenryona as most stuff from their forum actually gets released, and is generally useful even when it's not in any playable form from the get go (people should remember that mugenryona is more of a "do it yourself" sort of place). Namely people appreciate that place more as a source of material (such as sprites and occasionaly some good piece of code) than anything else, but it is also a fact that it's a rather good community to be in as long as you follow a certain etiquette (japs don't take kindly to most of the rude or ethically questionable things you would usually see in a western community)...

Senoj8 usually downloads and posts videos here in this thread, right above your own post actually. Can always count on him to bring the goods.

Absolutely, as people have pointed out so far. Thanks very much for the vid! I always worry about this stuff suddenly disappearing, happened for a few artists and some Mugen characters, so I do like to collate and collect this kinda stuff, much appreciated.

What do you two mean by Petra with his maid?? The petra I remember is a skinny tiny red hair girl with drills. Is it that petra or some other one? As for Weiss.. There was never any h-edit of weiss until mugenero made one. I have weiss but its the non-h version.
 
Also that website doesn't seem to have any real distinction between aggressor/rapist/victim/+18 or hentai or anything. It has bottom-only characters, characters just with disturbing or bloody content, and just nude edits listed as aggressor/rapist.

Edit: Looks like no proper credits on characters either.
Edit 2: One of the "+18" chars is just a bright red Kuro edit named "Scorching Kuromaru" which is actually named Fire_Kuromaru and it actually has all the +18 moves removed. :unsure:

Plus we have to register to download characters from there so its likely mugenarchive v2.0 with powertripping and angsty mods.
 
i started talking with a moderator in the chat about this and he started to act like a bitch, anyways i wont upload more character in that page ://

Whoa, thanks for adding that.
I'm probably not gonna comb through all of that, since I'm fairly happy with my own H-mugen collection (and prefer to edit my own characters), but I appreciate another source of warehousing, since casual H-mugen beginners may find it helpful as a resource to build/rebuild their own mugens.

Don't mean to be rude, but have you ever thought to streamline your collection a bit? It seems like 80% of those characters are really mediocre, either in terms of quality or in H-compatibility (IMHO). For myself, I have hundreds of characters archived, but only about 60-80 that I deem worthy enough (e.g. H-compatibility) to actually include in my Mugen. Quality over quantity, right?

yeah... sorry, but these were the only chars i could get before you know, Mugen archive destroyed the +18 section, but i hope someone finds the link useful

Ah that one, She has been released before in the past. Never downloaded her because I didn't like her. But I know there was a hentai version of her being shared at one point. Do you remember that one guy who likes to make that heart shaped portrait on characters that he edits? I forgot his website it might be still available on it for download.

edit: Ooorrr.. just check Oofer645's mega link. he has a copy up there XD
