Keep in mind that almost any loss of Life is good during this phase. That includes Life used to cast spells, too. Regret, Focus, Maniac, and Analyze, especially, should be used when possible (repeatedly, if time allows) to bring your "extra" Life bars down. Even if you don't "need" them, it can still be a good way to shave off just a little one of the extra bars is almost depleted. Arcana, Break, and Veil are less useful because they use up your turn. Sprint's kind of a double-edged sword. If you're about to lose Shadow of Death or her Stance Gauge is full, it can be useful, but mid-cycle it's a bit less so.
You do not want to lose Life to an orgasm, though. If you do, she'll automatically gain a stack of her special status that increases the damage you take. Do not use Surrender, and watch your EP.
Take care to stop increasing Mood if you run out of extra Life bars, if Shadow of Death is still up. If you're efficient the first time she uses CoR, that's doable, and you don't want to harm your "real" Life bar. Take any extra time to recuperate or use items.
Hope and pray you get her Mood to 70% (at which point your stance will be forced to change but she'll stop using most of her special attacks) before she uses CoR again, because it gets more punishing every time (you get two more fake Life bars every time).
Finally, this last one's probably mostly a matter of luck, but maybe you can incorporate it into an actual strategy if you're smarter than me, but bear in mind that start at 50% Mood, she can use Fired Up, but only once. If you can carefully time your progress (probably a big "if", granted), you might be able to get her to use it before CoR begins, which is a fair amount of reprieve, since it's immune to Analyze.
Oh yeah, and finally, finally, you can also look forward to the official patch (still coming!), which gives a few additional tricks that can make the encounter less punishing.
