Dunno about yours but most kuro's with timestop that I found use down+down+start/taunt. If you need a new one you can always search in hcm and test them out.
 
Does anybody know where to download this "Horizone" character or know where to find it? I've been looking for it for the longest time! (Also what game does it even come from?)

It's a custom character, and the creator doesn't seem to have any plans on sharing it in the foreseeable future, if ever. I wouldn't get my hopes up.
 
yah ive been waiting for a public version of this character ever since their dom sprites kept the original design instead of turning into the femboy anime character but unfortunately theyre another 'look but dont touch' mugen artist.

There is a hint, to the effect of "the same password as before." I had to dig a little bit, "before" turns out to have been "ekokijo".

Seems to be a modified version of Horuakuti's mating press Kuromaru with a partially-compatible* Eko. There are a few funky modifications, but the main additions seem to be a sort of puppet hand helper (D, D, x/D, D, y, costs 1 power bar. Move the hand with UDLR, makes light attacks automatically. Press a for heavy attack or b to send out puppet strings) and a pseudo-anti-air component in Kuromaru's crouch. It won't work if the opponent jumps or hops at you, but it does work if they've been knocked up/back or are held by puppet strings.

*compatible with the new features, but not the existing mating press. Which is weird, because Horuakuti made a compatible Eko at one point.

Actually it is modified by me also,I remove the mating press sprites myself.because it’s low-quality and not yet compatible to new version Kuromaru press.
 
we don't see you often I wanted to comment over there saying nice work, the puppet hands look great for a new feature

Thanks a lot.I have not worked on MUGEN since long ago.
The puppet hands and cowgirl position is still a WIP.I'm working on the footjob move as a foreplay of this position.
If you have any idea about this skill please let me know.

Is there a Kuromaru that's has different sprites for it's cowgirl? I'm trying to deal with alignment and visual woes
 
Anything know the best aggressors that are made with more 'ryona' in mind? Lots of sex characters, but one that actually focuses on hurting the girls, to cause them pain. As well putting them in chains or in bondage?
