Iris, almost on the verge of breaking down in tears, left. She left the shop without saying a single word more. Iris felt like an idiot and jerk then. It seemed all she did was bring misery to people.

During the next short amount of time Iris had done a few things. She had gone to her room and loaded up on anything that could be usful to her mission, like bullets. She then spent a short amount of time silently crying. After that Iris thought about one and only person. Her best friend Emily. Iris had considered going to speak with her about this, but decided not to. She didn't want to make her worry like she stupidly made Jesse do.



After her preparing and crying Iris calmed herself down and went to meet up with her unknown teamates for the mission.

Josie came down to the shop and tried looking over the mission list. Seeing most of the spots full, she turned towards Jesse.

"Hey. Listen, I like making friends as much as the next person but I'm a little shy, so being thrust into a group, I don't really know so much about that. I don't know half these girls. Is there anything you need? I really want to pull my weight around here, so I figured I'd just come by and ask."

"Um, could I get some spare clothes, a 1st aid kit and 2 clips of 9mm ammo in exchange for this combat knife?" Lin asked handing the knife to Jesse.

Jesse hands Lin extra clothes, which are taken to her room, and a first aid kit, but does not give her ammo,

"I think I remember you getting ammo some time ago... I think what you have now will last you," she points to the two full clips showing from Lin's pockets.

Josie had just finished telling Jesse about how she was uncomfortable being just thrown into a situation like this. She was about to speak up and tell this new girl the same thing but she seemed to be in a hurry as she gave her a few words and walked along. Deciding that the girl might not have been that social in the first place, Josie waited a while for her to walk away

"Good luck" -muttered half under her breath, half just because she was out of earshot
