Okay gang came up with pixie/sprite stats and wanted to see what you all think. Keep in mind they have two special talents that are custom and likely broken.

Description:

Incredably small often no bigger than small birds the Pixies flit in and about Farie realms serving as messengers and amusment often the cause of pranks against their larger kin and mortal alike. Looking like small elves Pixies have insectile wings that range from Dragon fly to buterfly in shape and color. Given their rather weak offenive ablities most Pixies cast Invisiblity on themselves if they leave the safty of their homes







Special mutation
Pixie/Sprite

A creature with this mutation is very quick but also very small and weak. The base dodge, stealth and speed scores for such a creatures or characters is doubled (Talents and skills are not doubled just the base score from stats). They cannot take any talent that raises their hp more than 10 pts nor use any known weapon.


Sprite/pixi magic

Level 1
Ghost Sound (Utility) [Cause a phantom sound to appear at a designated location.]
Figment (Utility) [Cause a quick flickering image to appear and then vanish.]
Magic Missile (Bolt) [Automatically hits but deals -2 damage.]
Eavesdrop (Utility) [Allows the character to hear in detail any sound originating within 200 feet of their position. Does not augment the character’s Perception stat.]
Least Luck Manipulation (Utility) [One target that the caster designates takes either a 1d10 ? 3 bonus to all rolls and Dodge, or a 1d10 - 3 penalty to all rolls and Dodge.]
Laser Pointer (Utility) [A light that points at things, and also distracts small animals and Su-Ku-Ta.]

Level 2
Minor Illusions (Utility) [Creates extremely small illusions, which must be smaller than a person. Creatures get a Resistance check against the caster to disbelieve an illusion that they try to interact with. If you are unsure if what you intend to do falls under the limits of this spell, PM your GM.]
Lesser Luck Manipulation (Utility) [One target that the caster designates takes either a 2d10 - 6 bonus to all rolls and Dodge, or a 2d10 ? 6 penalty to all rolls and Dodge.]
Hex of Weakness (Utility) [One target creature affected by this spell is Weakened.]

Level 3
Illusions (Utility) [Allows the caster to create minor illusions, such as making duplicates of themselves that stand close together, creating a soundless image of a single creature, or hiding something from view. Creatures get a Resistance check against the caster to disbelieve an illusion that they try to interact with. If you are unsure if what you intend to do falls under the limits of this spell, PM your GM.]
Invisibility (Utility) [Makes the caster invisible, giving them a +20 bonus to Stealth and the ability to blend in to their surroundings, effectively hiding even when in plain sight. Creatures failing to perceive them are open to sneak attacks. Costs 1 EP upkeep.]
Luck Manipulation (Utility) [One target that the caster designates takes either a 3d10 - 9 bonus to all rolls and Dodge, or a 3d10 - 9 penalty to all rolls and Dodge.]
Hex of Blindness (Utility) [One target creature affected by this spell is Blinded.]

They seem fairly decent/balanced as they are to me. I might expand on them when putting them into the archive, but I have no objections to their current state.

I'd probably have the pixie thing reduce their base grapple score to half and maybe also give them escape artist ala warriors, as hilarious as it would be to crowd a seasoned veteran with 5 pixies and GULLIVER'S TRAVELS them, it might make a bit more sense if it required more. >.>

Also, a suggestion I meant to make a while ago on the subject of sealing collars and the like: I think they could do with being a bit cheaper, as currently it would cost something like 400 denarii to place an effective sealing collar on a tier 1 enemy, and maybe they should be much cheaper for characters who are specialized in creating them.

My proposed changes are as follows:
Split up the sealing ritual into two separate things.
Seal Spirit
Ritual Cost: Depends on the creature being sealed away. Contact your GM. Always requires some object to seal the creature into.
Ritual Time: Also depends on the creature being sealed. A minor creature might take 5 minutes, a major one an upwards of an hour, where-as a powerful daemon might take several hours to seal. Contact your GM.
Ritual Requirements: Ability to use the Seal Spirit Power OR Focus in Arcane
Description: Seals away a spirit or a innately magical (warped, supernatural, etc.) character into an enchanted item, trapping them inside their physical container until it's broken or they're otherwise released from the outside. In order to trap the target, the caster must make a series of resistance checks against the target in order to seal them away, the number of which depends on the power of the target being sealed. The character may bolster their own resistance with spells or powers as per normal, or by a bonus of 6 per faerie's/demon's blood that they imbibe for the ritual, or they may sacrifice creatures in order to add their resistance bonus to the caster's for the purpose of the check if they have blood magic. The amount of denarii spent determines the quality of the container the target is trapped inside.

Craft Sealing Collar
Ritual Cost: One suitable item (usually a collar and usually at a cost of 20 denarii)
Ritual Time: 1 hour.
Ritual Requirements: Focus in Arcane talent -or- the Alchemist talent -or- the ability to use the Seal spirit power -or- the Dedicated Witch Hunter skill.
Description: Creates an item capable of sealing away a wearer's magical and spiritual powers. When the character has the item they wish to turn into a sealing item, they spend an hour enchanting it to become a sealing item, at which point it seals any wearer at a DC equal to the caster's base resistance. The DC may be given a bonus of +8 for each item of faerie's blood or demon's blood used during its creation, and characters with the Enchanter feat double that bonus to +16. The DC may also be increased by sacrificing a character for a bonus equal to that character's resistance if the crafting character has the blood magic feat. Character with the blacksmith skill may craft their own sealing item for half of whatever the merchant price would have been. In addition, the sealing item may be crafted with cold iron for an additional 50 denarii, lowering its DC by 5 but causing any warped or supernatural creatures to gain an instance of weakened while wearing it, or angelforged metal for 40 denarii, causing it to do nothing against "pure" characters (including seal them) but works as normal and the wearer gains an instance of weakened if they're warped, two if they're supernatural, and an additional instance if they're corruptive.

Aaand make normal sealing collars just a bit cheaper, and leave out the extras for now (mostly 'cos I'm lazy and don't want to bloat the misc item entry >.>).
Sealing Collar: 30 denarii for a DC 30 sealing collar (as the ritual.) The DC may be increased by 3 for an additional 25 denarii, or by 20 for an additional 150 denarii, up to as many times as the character can afford.
