Re: Fairy Fighting

Right then, since I don't just wanna be a lurker when stuff goes wrong, I've been tinkering with some of the bosses and how to beat them. In case no one has noticed, Tiki now has an aerial cancel to get out of launching skills such as ExpandBee's low attack. This actually makes several of the bosses MUCH more manageable, and I can post guides about how to beat them legitimately!

Eggplant: Simple stuff. Don't chain too many attacks together or it counters with a grab. You can leap out of its rape-grab, and it is vulnerable to several attacks while it is spinning, or using its acid bomb (the green glop). Aerial attacks work best, as Eggplant doesn't have many anti-air attacks.

MeatCatcher: Cannot beat this SOB ever since his updates.

Drinking Worm: Cannot beat this since the inclusion of MDW, as you have to kill her to beat the stage and the little ones keep harassing the hell out of you.

FluidHunter: Cannot stop the ground smash combo, even with the air cancel. Cannot even approach due to a high grab and a low grab, both extremely fast and unavoidable.

AlauLune: Semi-easy. Stand in a small area where her roots cannot reach. Get close, dive bomb, low kick, and leap back to avoid the grab. Chun-li kick might also help.

ExpandBee: Extremely easy if you exploit getting impregnated with one egg. Get one egg in you, then get in a corner and duck. The ExpandBee, if his super bar is full, will run himself into the wall and KO himself. Turn around and use charge up punches against the wall until ExpandBee is dead.

Amoeba: A little bit tricky, you might take a few counters while doing this, but it won't matter much. Jump toward Amoeba, and use dive bomb the second he tries to counter. Follow with a dash forward and use the heavy Punch, then use the Fairy Roll (parody of Dempsey Roll, I guess). Rinse and repeat until you have Amoeba in a corner. You win.

Fallen Fairy: Not as tricky as before with the air cancel. Instead of ducking the aerial counter while on the ground, use Heavy Punch to knock FF out of the air. Whenever FF is far enough away, masturbate to get SP bar, and abuse the hell out of the down back down back FP super combo. Between them, just dive, low kick, jump back. If you get countered by FF's punch in the dive, just aerial cancel and dive again! Fun stuff.
Here's an alternative attack style to consider...

For MeatCatcher: keep your attacks varied, keep moving, and use the time when he fires his portal to heal. Though this is still very hard.

For FluidHunter and AlauLune: simply dash forward utilizing its invulnerability, then spam rapid heavy punches or rapid heavy kicks (the punches work better for Fluidhunter, and kicks for AlauLune) backwards dash when FluidHunter attempts the 4-some rape, though the attacks will cancel most of their attacks. Just use the auto-struggle if you get caught. Use dash if you fall out of range.

For ExpandBee: Keep close using dash and the rapid heavy attacks, when it rises up to attack, if you are already in the middle of the chain don't worry, but if a chain just ended or you haven't started dash toward it, and it'll just go over you. If you need to heal, drop where you are and tough through its attacks healing the whole time, it'll normally put you in a place it can't hit till Tiki orgasms. If it doesn't put you in the no hit zone, you can always let it put one egg in you and heal you, while you avoid the second egg. Just drop the egg at full health.

For Amoeba: dash forward untill you are touching him, this will cause him to air counter and miss. Then spam the rapid heavy punch till you are out of range, and then dash forward again. Repeat to victory. Don't let up or he'll grab you.

Re: Fairy Fighting

Really? I'm the first to notice FF has a new attack? Well, TWO.

1) She creates a magic ball that attacks, destroying HP.

2) She summons a pink blob with a parasite(?) tail. It attaches to Tiki, sucking her boobs and slipping its tail in her pussy.
Your perception has failed you I'm afraid, those attacks are old news, the pink blob was added 2 updates ago, as well as the reptile (MK reference here) force sphere :)

Almost all of us know the new rebound when in the air move Eluku implemented not too long ago (during FF's development IIRC), just press Up if you get knocked into the air to rebound, then just do a Heavy Punch (W) to do a counter (one of the best IMO).

Re: Fairy Fighting

It feels like with motherworm update the actual worms got severely nerfed (or Tiki has been buffed). In previous build those damned worms would knock me out of dash attack (D,B,P), knock me our of aerial dash (strong p in air) after first hit and catch me through all my attacks. Right now I can aerial dash without much problems and most of all it seems that they can't catch me through Chun-Li kick (they definitely could before this update). After some more playing it seems like Chun Li kick (at least the strong kinck version) got a number of immortality cells and can be abused very well against most bosses.

The motherworm 1HKO can be interrupted and the boss herself would be very easy if not for the fact, that Tiki will always turn away from her to face small worms all the time. But still - get all the worms on the same side as her, and just spam strong kick version of chun-li kick. If one of the worms gets behind you, reposition.

As for other bosses people have problems with:
Meat Catcher can be easily defeated with jump -> aerial dive (strong punch in air) -> Chun Li Kick. When you jump he won't hit you with his both normal grabs and if you jump properly he won't hit you with projectile as well. It is not too hard to learn to land after aerial drive in a spot when he can grab you (you are standing 'in' him 'behind' hitbox of his attacks) and still be able to damage him with chun li kick (or strong punch spam if you prefer). Occasionally he will grab you which would be a game over against human player (as most bosses he can do infinite grabs) but AI just lets you go after first or second one. When he uses special just dash back (don't jump) and use the time to heal.

For fluid hunter it is possible to do your aerial dive above her aerial grab or jump away from her, make her miss with aerial grab and than do dash attack.

For Amoeba it is possible to have your aerial dive land below its aerial grab.

For FF avoid jumping if possible at all, her aerial grab has a huge hitbox. I believe it is possible to beat her only using down + strong kick attack, though that is boring. If you do that she can't hit you with aerial grab nor with projectile attacks. You can keep range on ground grabs or you can use your own grab (D,B,D,B,SP) to prevent her from using those. But all in all if you avoid the aerial grab she has hardly any skills that can harm you and her special attacks mostly just give you time to regen.

PS - I bet this is somewhere on the last 100 pages of this thread, but can someone tell me how to do the grab on mirror match? I do it by spamming forward and both punches at the same time, but so far didn't manage to find the correct sequence.

It's just forward + heavy punch. You have to be actually pushing against her for it to connect though, I think.

Don't spam. Just hold down forward and then press and hold down strong punch once you get close.

Re: Fairy Fighting

New update should be out in a day or two. I hope it's a good one > w <
Now, I know I'm not a regular of ULMF, but isn't it kind of obvious that you shouldn't bump a thread if there is no update or some sort of new trend going on that is related to the thread? Don't bump the thread saying that it should be updated, only bump it when it is actually updated...

Re: Fairy Fighting

- Finish animation and game over image for Mother Worm
- Game over image for FutaFairy's corruption finisher
- Mother Worm is faster now

These things I could find with 5 minutes of playing. And as is the usual deal, updated the link in the first post
