Might be offtopic for a board titled "hentai games" but I thought I'd ask if there were any games that featured real girls.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking here. Are you just looking for games with animated/drawn characters that look like celebrities?

I mean games with images of real girls. Not drawn or animated but actual photographs/videos.

Here's a dating sim I found that comes complete with an editor to add your own girls.

there is a game where the creator used videos of actual girls in a fighting game. sadly i saw it at random on some random site and didn't bother to download it. and i dont even remember what it was called

Whole bunch of like blackjack/poker/tetris type games with real women on funnygames.biz if I remember correct.

There's one I remember called Lesson of Passion, but that falls under the "on random flash sites" so doubt that's what you're looking for.
