A.) it'd be rude to refuse any snacks or anything the woman offers us; especially since (so far at least) she has done so out of good will and with asking for nothing in return.

"Umm... Sure."
Emily starts to feel warm and welcome in the kind woman's house, not at all bothered by the woman's or her own nudity. Thanks to the woman, Emily got cleaned up, and she got her embarrassing milk leakage fixed. And now the woman was offering her a snack. The woman smiles and turns to the counter to fix Emily her snack. After a couple of minutes she grabs a plate of mint chocolate chip cookies and offers them to Emily with a glass of warm milk.
"I hope you enjoy my all organic mint chocolate chip cookies and all natural milk~."
"Thank you... umm... sorry, I didn't catch your name..."
"Oh, that's alright, you can just call me mama~."
Emily blushes and looks towards the woman nervously from having her ask to be refered to as something bizarre as "mama", but then again, she is in a world made almost entirely out of candy...
"O-kay then... Thank you, um... mama..."
The woman smiles, "Now, if you'll excuse me. I'm going to slip into something a little less drafty."
The woman leaves and heads up stairs to get dressed leaving Emily alone with her snack. Emily grabs a cookie and dips it in the warm milk and takes a bite. Her eyes grow wide with excitement as the phenominal taste touches her tongue. The cookies were delicious, and the milk was the "yummiest" and creamiest milk she has ever tasted. She quickly ate and savoured every last bite of every cookie and downed it all with the yummy milk, leaving her with a creamy milk moustache. Upon finishing her snack, the woman walks back into the kitchen wearing a sexy mint-leaf nightie with nothing underneathe, not that Emily could tell~. The woman glanced out of her candy glass window and noticed the sun setting on the horizon.
"Oh no, the sun is going down. You can't walk around at night dressed as you are now. You should stay here for the night. What do you say?":
A. Yes.
B. No.
C. Other.

I'm going to say A for sure.
...but also, ask some things about the land, try to figure out if we need money or anything like that (there's a town so there's likely barter).
Also, a quick night jog to help burn off all these extra calories is probably in order. Besides, we want to see if the moon is made out of cheese or not here!
