Anyone know if the affection item drop rate from Low Cost Battle 3 is worth farming? Or is it only suggested as a Black Fairy farm?

I don't know the drop rates, but from farming it 2 weeks, I can tell you that Phalanx 2 is better for affection items. I only grind LCB3 because of the black fairies, the affection items are just a bonus.

I should probably go back to Phalanx 2 for a week or so, I spent most of my plat fairies on Echinda.

Edit: I saw on the jap wiki that Dwarfs & Giants has the best black fairy drop rate, but I don't think anybody has passed it yet on EN. Apparently you need rogues, timing and luck to pass it.

Then let me ask this. What units are considered to have long term value? The only platinum I really want right now, other than Cypria since I love thief units, is probably Hina and perhaps Victoria, though I hear there's better archers than Victoria, like Nanaly, who I want but I'm not counting on getting.

It's really up to you. Compare units that we currently have in the premium pool to future premium units/future event units of the same class/role and decide "Which of these do I want on my team as a long term staple". Your first roll is the only one that you have control over so you might as well make sure it's something you intend on using for a long time and preferably something that isn't easily obtainable elsewhere.

When you ask long term value, which rarity for a start.
If silver Daniela / Caliope / Alissa / Leane is the that on top of my mind keep using them atm.
Gold: Claire (not out yet, but since i always use her (like 95% of the map)in jp aigis i put it here) / gold iris / Mehlis / Bernice / Cuterie (just for affection item drop rate up)
Platinum: Bashira / Jerome (aw ability +2 unit cost at start)/ Julius (Best tank in game still unbeatable )/ Thetis (all around duelist easiest to use)/ Hina (highest atk ninja / aw ability is also important in certain map gimmick)/ Adel / Garania (2nd best mage (on atk) cuz new black mage out she got replaced )/ Camilla / Ceria? (bandit that increase fairy drop) / any princess
Black: Just be happy if u got 1 as most of them have their unique use due to almost instant skill.
This is my recommendation, i might miss or intentionaly didn't list some of unit, so i'm not argue if you told me why u dont put *insert name* there.
I also not puting any event unit or future unit in there since you looking at gacha unit.
Reminder that need at least 1 princess any rarity, this will be needed as strategic key point for future map.

There 1 princess unit from event although it still way far in future.
If you got any good platinum / black keep it. You can get the princess later on.

You should definitely start over, keep rerolling (5 SC + 3 SC gatcha, or even 2x 5 SC one if ure patient enough) till u get something nice. Buying the exp bonus at like 25-30 lvl would be a great idea imo, lets u progress much faster, which is desired in ur case since u want to catch up asap. You shouldn't worry about Echidna too much - she seems to have little use strategy wise, if u like her then u can switch the account and fap to her anytime xD Your units still are low lvls, silvers have been wasted, bad luck with the gatcha - nothing to regret.

Right now, I'm continuing to remake my account until I either get a Platinum or better I want as my first summon or I get a Princess. Aiming for the latter right now.

Oh boy... I was hoping to get either Sybilla or Sherry from my first summon, but... I just pulled Themis, the Gold Princess. And while she isn't the Princess I want, her ability, skill, and everything else is very tempting...

On the one hand, she's a Princess and a good unit in her own right.

On the other, I have my heart set on a better Princess...

She's still a good starter Princess... I'd level her up to clear those annoying maps that sends the black armors asap

I'll keep going until my second summon. If I get something nice, I'll stick with her. If not, re-rolling until I get one of the two Princesses I want.

Probably. I'll see soon if it's worth keeping Themis or not. If the second summon is a Platinum I want, or better, she'll be worth keeping. She is quite powerful in her own right, to be fair.

Whelp, second summon was Priest Christopher, and while he's really good to have, he's also a mere Silver and I wanted a Plat or above to keep Themis. Not worth it, restarting.

After getting some advice, I'm going to roll a brand new account with new email, so I can keep the Themis account and my Echidna one while also rolling a brand new account again and again.

EDIT: On second thought, since my Echidna is pretty basic and I know revival events are coming, and none of the original account's units are any good, I'm just going to reroll that one until I either get something really nice or give up.

My third, which I was rolling out of curiousity, just pulled Cuterie.
