I can only tell you that v1.05 have new stage so i think it have new enemies as well new GO animation. Since i didn't have time to play latest version i can't tell you much more sorry...

I think I've read that the Author didn't get to finished the new stage (probably because de-bugging issues) and promised for 2 new stages. I might have read wrong though...

I played the new version and can confirm

Not sure if it's necessary to clear the game to unlock it since my save file was already 100%, but there's a

New stage (Library) Including (4) new enemies, a new boss and a new GO

Few posts ago i saw someone mention "masturbation" for the character. Is this caused by the new enemies in the new stage? Or its a key bind ?

I noticed on the Status menu that the main character's picture, to the right of the Status menu, has her clothes a bit torn. That wasn't there before when I first started playing the game. Does this have to do with the amount of times I let her get raped?

You're right, it does. It's not a new feature however. Do keep in mind that you still have to beat the boss at the end of the stage or your progress won't be saved. I managed to get her raped 54 times before getting bored.
...God, that sounds evil. I almost feel bad for saying that...

I'm not running the latest version so I know it is not new(internet is too weak to download latest). Was that description you mentioned in the spoiler the final phase you can get Schonheit's picture at?

Also I would like to know if there is an available walkthrough that shows where all the treasure chests and girls to rescue are. I'm pretty sure I'm missing at least 1 more in the second stage(forest) because I only found one chest there.

I just want to say that this is one of the best h-games in recent memory. Great art and animations (some of that was imo wasted on generic human male enemies but if thats your thing it's a plus), smooth controls and above all fun gameplay thats challenging and has some depth to it, without being tiresome

Dev blog update 3 days ago mentions a propsed new game i think?

Virgin play allowed and evil fell , this probably mean Virgin Route / Evil Route

Yeap, same here...I've bought the game in the hopes that maybe they'd have more instructions but the save's still not working for me.

Any help would be very much appreciated! Must have gone over the thread/googled the problem a million times now.

I gave up on the save data, and just played the game using cheat engine, to blitz through the stages.

Take the save.ini file from the ギャラリー全開放データ folder and copy/move it to the data folder. Done.

Have done so with both save files listed in this thread as well as the one in the ギャラリー全開放データ folder

From other sources (YouTube comments etc) I'm not the only one having trouble...unfortunately I can't see the dev being able to understand my email!
