If it's the town I think you mean, the overpowered loli only appears when you have your preference set to lolis. If you have anything else a normal easy mob will block your way instead.

I think they nerfed it after players gave feedback. It got nerfed like twice. Still hard though :^)

The knockdown isn't random at all from what I noticed. If you get hit from BEHIND twice in a row you get knocked down everytime. And since youre facing away from the enemy you'll also get knocked into them, making the grab pretty much guarenteed.

Naccubus is the nurse succubus. She's not drawn by Cool Kyou, but frfr. The same person that did the OG harpies and Ilias. The popularity probably just comes from her being a sexy nurse :^)

They might have gotten some complications with artist for reasons. This is probably filler updates while artists get all the art done. Imagine all the sprites and cg's that need to be done for every single character.
