O for Orgasm.
H makes you do some sort of crouching sneaking animation, but doesn't seem to do anything.

And the masturbation just seems to make your orgasm meter fill quicker, its not guaranteed to expel the poison

The poison is purely time based, my OCR read the description as saying 5 minutes, though skipping the sex scenes still incurs time spent so ymmv. The value of masturbation is more on quickly forcing your arousal down to levels where fighting is actually do-able. Its possible you might get less 'development' or corruption or whatever from masturbation orgasms, but i'm not certain on that one and it's early days with the lewd mechanics anyway.
 
New Ci-En update, says they are working on implementing an enemy animation, and that this and bug-fixing is the "last major task". Not sure if I interpreted that quite right but, it seems that the game is nearing completion.
 
So far this H game is just a glorified gallery H game, complete with pacing control, and with tediously long stages. I certainly hope this isn't the future of their title...

Does the current playable demo (V0.6.0) only has the first level playable, or did I suck so much ass that the game just stopped me from playing further? The 2nd level is grayed out and can't be selected.

Edit: so... after some save file editing, it looks like the dev just have all the stage name planned out

on a side note though there is some extra stuff one can get to by editing the save file, including a lactation effect, different suits designs, etc.

There are 2 recolors of the outfit: one is white & pink and one is covered in cum Elmer's glue, you can try them out with this save file. Just remove the .txt extension (saveslot4.txt to saveslot4 - ask the site admin for this) & drop it in "DarkGate_Data". Open the game, select the last save slot (it should have 6 missions like in my post above) and enter the level. the outfits are in the [Tab] menu.

There are some modifiers - as the file called them - that one can add to your character by changing a save file: m_MilkMod for lactation, m_EjacMod (probably) blocks you from using the O key, m_MasochismMod increases arousal upon being attacked. You can increase your m_EggInjected count and enable a pregnant stage which breaks the game and make enemies not attack you. I added a (frankly quite round about) how-to guide bellow.

The save file is in a JSON format that looks something like this:
JSON: 
{"saveSlotNo":0, "m_Key":[<Key_Names>], "m_Value":[<Key_Values>]}

You can copy the <Key_Names> and <Key_Values> parts into your text editor:

<Key_Names>
<Key_Values>
and save it as a file with a .CSV extension. That way you can open it with your spreadsheet program (Excel,...) and easily see what you are modifying.

Change what you want to change and save it back as a CSV.

Then, once again with your text editor, open the CSV file.

Check the <Key_Values> (the 2nd line) section for 2 commas next each other (like ,,) and add 2 quotation marks between them (,, to ,"",).

Now simply replace the old <Key_Values> part in your save file with the modified version and Bob's your uncle!

how do I access other levels from the save file?
 
We can only enter the first level unfortunately. AFAIK the other stages are just for show.
 
Dev mentioned they plan to have the game finished by March/April, iirc. Probably in a Ci-en post
 
Damn, March/April is looking like a good month: this game, Dungeon & Bride, Sinistar 2, AC Shadows (joking lmao)
