A thought about ULMF...

Re: A thought about ULMF...

well if you're gonna be an ass, what can I be?

Re: A thought about ULMF...

I maintain that I am only a hateful and spiteful person that hides around here.

Re: A thought about ULMF...

If it makes you any less hateful, I still <3 ya
and if it doesn't, that's ok, being hateful is what I <3 about ya

Re: A thought about ULMF...

Well, I don't know, I never really took me for being a dick. There's so much I can be, I thought I'd be leaning more towards my linguistic abilities. I'm trying to see what fits me as well.

Nothing wrong with being hateful, it's gotten me where I am today.

Also, I'd probably be a poor choice for the council. Just look at how lazy I am? Do you want another thing to potentially keep me from restarting the doujin at some point?

Re: A thought about ULMF...

So...pretty much everyone who's been suggested to the council is against it?

Re: A thought about ULMF...

something we seem to have in common i guess.

i want a new list of the old members, and we shall form a council.

Sovereign is quite clearly a Geth dreadnought. And there's no evidence Saren's a bad guy. You suck, humanity!

Is this the right kind of Council..?

Also, what would this Council... do? Make important decisions RE the budget? Tax the poor, feed the rich? I'm all for it, but I'm not sure what we'd -do-.

Re: A thought about ULMF...

Somehow I think that's the worst kind of council.

Re: A thought about ULMF...

"Ahh yes 'Reapers,' an immortal race of sentient star ships allegedly waiting in dark space, we've dismissed that claim."

Re: A thought about ULMF...

Sounds fun.

This council isn't about making good choices, it's about forming a fun mock elitist club. You don't get voted into this council, your born into it with a silver tentacle in your mouth.

Probably sit around pretending we're discussing important stuff, merely to make the new and regular members wonder.

Re: A thought about ULMF...

But we certainly don't trade hats. Any who would do that are poor and irish and will be Eyelander'd immediately

Well if I'm born into then I'll accept it. Though please, take your tentacle out of my mouth...

But Saren wasn't really a bad guy in the end. Poor bastard was corrupted and manipulated by Sovereign.

But for the council... do we get a sword?

Swords are overrated. Get halberds.

Re: A thought about ULMF...

Very well... do we get an ancient weapon of choice.

I'm still preferential to swords Hook.

Re: A thought about ULMF...

I'd imagine being on the council would be entirely useless, and the only difference it'd make is that you'd be on the council.

Or we become the power behind the throne, a shadow government secretly controlling all aspects of the forum and its users.

But probably the first one.

Re: A thought about ULMF...

A fine sword can be a status symbol. A halberd is more of a soldier or guardsman's weapon.

But yeah, I'm assuming this is nothing more than a bit of fun. I don't think we're actually going to start trying to pass new forum laws or enforce a tax on new members or anything.
