It works like To H and Imouto Misaki. You play as the girl during the week and switch to the guy on weekends. There's also a suspicion stat now so I guess in the full game you'll have to be sneaky in some way.

But in Misaki was there ever a way to catch her cheating on you as the guy? I don't remember that ever happening, so it could be equally pointless here.

Each day has 2 phases. You play as the girl during the day, and then play as the guy during the night.

from what i understand, the girl get's seduced if your desire is too high
desire is lowered by h-ing the husband, so if the husband isn't havings sex with wifey, he gets ntr'd. so pretty much To-H but with avoidable scenes...

The DMM page suggests that when you switch to the guy you can catch her in the act. I will agree that it's not very NTR-like since you have to make her do it yourself, but still. You can play as the guy and see what's happening from his POV.

Nope, even if the guy is completely oblivious, it can be ntr type A/B or even C.
Type A just means that she got seduced (no rape).
Now the main difference is the pov: cheating often means that pov is the woman's, while ntr is more about the guy mc's and him being betrayed (him seeing it or just the reader knowing).

What would have been cool is the ability to play as only the guy, and replay the cheating part as the girl.

Well, NTR is like a sub-category of cheating. Even if she was raped at first, for it it netorare, she has to eventually want it at some point.

But yeah, if she's actively and happily fucking other guys from the get-go, without a tinge of regret or guilt and the other guy don't really have to do jack shit to get her, than it wouldn't be netorare cuz she wasn't really stolen. Her cheating if her lust is too high can still be NTR as long as she displays regret and reluctance, at least at first.

The important thing here is the concept of "stolen," its the literal translation of the definition of "netorare" actually. If she's just a cheating whore who is fucking guys for the heck of it, than she wouldn't really be "stolen," she's just "giving" herself out. This could still be NTR if the guy finds out and she chooses random free dick over him, cuz she could be argued to be "stolen" in this case.
