Quest 13 the tomb is in the 4th map.
You can see a big flower and there is a litle elevation of the ground with some stair looking thing.
Just follow the first earth path it lead to those "stair"
Then go right
There is some change in quest 88 now you can cum on the status
Didn't get the quest 80 to pop up ver 1.03
So i guess it shouldn't have pop up in ver 1.01 because the bandit guy leave the group. And you can't do it.

I can't get the whore ending again (ending 03) in anyway.
By the way, you can finish the game without doing quests if you want to go directly for the new game+ to unlock all the CG.

I'm guessing you need to get the character in question like MC more before they agree. From what the other people say, I'm further guessing this relates to doing their respective sidequests.
I really need to get to playing this game, but I'm still a bit iffy on playing an RPG (or any remotely text-heavy) game without a sufficiently stable machine translator/hooking method...
