Okay, this is going to be a very noob question, but how do I get those yellow crystals? I'd really like to get a black Karma. She is my most useful unit on the English server and would be a great help for my low level team here.

Numerous people have been getting many silver units, and no plat/black units in 30+ rolls... I don't like the aesthetics of many of these characters, so I'm leaving this alone (the only temptation would've been that silver enchanter if my Rilke wasn't already at skill 3/5).
