if you can cost reduce it, sure. it's the one i'm using. any guide that uses katie, i replace with that plat soldier.

Her default skill gives 15 points on use..as long as she doesn't have to fight, you don't even need to CC her to replace Katie.

Tier list update(see my sig). One of the three platinum rogues greatly benefits from AW2.

11/18 - Cypria moved to A from C tier, Lucia added to B tier, Erica added to C tier, Vivian added to Majin viability chart, Itsuki added to The Jury's Out List.

Rationalization:

* Cypria has finally come into her own, with both a good class and a good SAW. She is now an efficient and effective duelist with extremely high DPS, good uptimes, 90% evasion and the ability to survive the off big hit if needed. And she's given to everyone for free! Any f2p/low money player without a good frontline should consider leveling her ASAP.

* Lucia has good promise as a sort of guerilla healer, given her 0 block + MR combination protects her alright. I will not be surprised if she shows up as a niche pick in Majin, but be wary of being too aggressive with her - there's some nasty ranged mobs out there nowadays.

* Erica added to C tier. Solid subjugation/afk unit, level her if you are interested in saving time later. I highly suggest getting Leona up to snuff to use with her if you haven't already.

* Itsuki added to the 'to be continued' pile. I frankly don't have much to say about her as of yet, but they really should consider doing an AW for one of these new classes soon.

Hmmm.beside high cost - Itsuki really worth to deployed , atk all in range - high atk super hp , just hope that she doesnt be sniped down by black gob / zombie samurai archer :))

It seems the staff are trying to deal with this game's waning popularity in the face of the other DMM titles. 2nd Awakening didn't increase its rankings, so now they're trying to get players to come back for a free black unit and something to decrease the tedium of raising all of these characters...

Aigis waning? AW2 having no effect. Using Blacks to get people back (who left?)
Got any Data on subscription numbers, posts from developer or publisher or reliable source connected to either, to substantiate that?

And Rankings, over which period and at which interval are the rankings alluded to, sampled, that supports those observations.
Is the market btw. expanding or contracting? does other games numbers/ranking suggest cannibalising Aigis and thus a decline or do they reflect a growing market where other games succeed in pulling larger numbers? and thus rank higher?

Or are we in pure speculation here?

Assuming btw. that any of it is cold hard facts, should we be worried that the developers are trying to correct the decline with something as limited as AW2 and pick your own broken black?
An extention of the grind part at the ultra-high end of character development rather unsupported by content to use it on.

Looking at the usual contenders, FKG and Project R, usual wild guess work would suggest that Aigis as a minimum would need to also (if the current is not enough) do,
- Much better map graphics and overhaul existing ones (ex. each week update, also release an graphically updated existing map) as the graphics are antediluvian.
- Maps with a bit going on besides the pure game parts, epic back grounds, stuff moving, peaking out from hiding places and what not. use UP to activated terrain features or pre-placed allies or enemies (for an ex. drop) .. a heroic version if one will.
- Overhaul CG both new and old (new Spica vs. old Spica anyone?) some of it is in need and graphics do work (again, why not release an updated one each week in addition to the normal stuff).
- Add some personality to the chars (facial expressions, voice & skill audio bits to make people attach more).
- Extend beginning further, to allow it to hook more strongly into the Plat Revival cycle and thus keep players on for a longer and more extended period the first months.
- Be a bit more generous (FKG anyone?) but with resources not characters (You want people to be in the game and play it, having them online, always having something do to, either levelling or affection etc. thus resources. Not giving them characters for free. Because you want them to want the characters, work for them, pay to roll for them, and with a fair chance to get them, not go, oh, I'll choose that black unit)

- Aaaand given the inflation in characters we do have, that dilutes the roll chance, maybe an 10 SC roll that has no Silver chance once pr week or a Plat+ ticket for buyers at easter, christmas and the summer holidays or how about a loyalty bonus to people that bought at least 10SC once a year (money makes the game go round, so a tad more than stamp card could be in order for special and limited occasions).

Again assuming they are waning, otherwise it is simply wild guesses of how to do even better.

How would players that left even know? They'd have to follow twitter or a forum for a game they dont play, to find out (Aigis is not sending out mails I believe or?)

TL;DR : Aigis going up, down or just round and round claims should, imo, be backed by data.

At least today Aigis ranked #1 by popularity in 18+ section for both PC and smartphones, and #3 in all-ages section for PC and #1 in smartphones.
And they also have ios version which is not included in both of these rankings, so all 3 summed together make Aigis most popular DMM game by very far margin.

I agree, but u could be a little softer on words. Sometimes we just make a certain comment without going into details, no need to take it seriously.

any evidence or actual declining of the the game should be taken with the utmost seriousness
some only have time in some have money in some have both so it would suck to see the game go down

I was talking about seriousness of a comment, not the topic itself.

My guess too is these moves are to attract more players. If the ticket were only for accounts with at least 1 year that would be different.

The (stupid) lvl of competitivity in japan is well known. Ranking based manga magazines would cut off works that were publishing for years to replace them with new ones with explosive beginnings that start to suck even before the first year. (I'll never forgive the ones who decided to cancel M×0 -.-)

i dont have a pic the one provided to me i forgot to save and it vanished one day but i was able to translate the names via the wiki a while back i know it sucks but its the best i got and i hope someone has better
the 0 is Priest and the 2 is unicorn knights or valkyries btw

there in place where they are in orb screen if the names are wrong let me know

The event with the hordes of monsters(100,300,400,500). Should I be doing it as a lvl 65 or just skip it for now?

Also is there a way to find out what the rewards are?

wow, Marnie(?)'s AC quest is quite tricky, probably the one of the hard ones I did next to Iris, took me like 9 tries, (with 6 tries before I decided to feed her 2 plat armors lol)

True. I could have.

I was rather annoyed when I wrote it and a bit of "summon text wall" happend.

The topic is of some importance and sensitivity. So the "please" or "kindly" that would normally have prefaced some of the sentences fell victim to irritation.
So yes, the form (words used, length of comment, more relaxed) could have been better, the essence (sensitive claims needs solid data to back them) remains.
