What in the hell is growing out of the girl's forehead in the 10th preview picture? That's just weird...
A symbiote, it's kind of that girl's shtick which also gives her a bunch of unique combat abilities. Think of it as a variation of the stereotypical ninja bug user nonsense. More here if you want to know more, it's not exactly plot integral but it does have some possible spoilers so be careful;

Also, that's probably one of the least weird things that happens all things considering, if memory (and poor grasp of the language) serves then one scene has Rance switch bodies with a girl who was bodyswapped with a monster and the monster in Rance's body then rapes Rance in the girls body. Something like that anyway.
As for the people wondering about why you can't buy the games separately, 5D is essentially just a bonus game that you get for free and hell, even Rance VI itself is unusually cheap.
If you've played Sengoku Rance take note that this isn't an SRPG like that, it's more of a traditional dungeon crawler (think along the lines of the dungeons from SR, but far more in depth and expansive)
So does this mean we will finally have the full series up to Sengoku Rance translated finally? God I remember years ago when I first heard of, then played, that game. Kinda funny that we got the, I believe, 7th game in the series first.
These are the last two games up to SR that haven't been translated, there's a UI translation for Rance Quest and that's possibly next after this.
Should also note that all the older Rance games have been getting remakes that do change quite a bit and require completely new translations, but 03 especially (Rance 3 remake) is really damn good.
