He's talking about the underground area in the main town. When you go left from the part where your Inn is, then the building in the top left. The guy at the counter eventually lets you in and you buy the rod for 3,000 from the shop down there.

I thought that might be the case too, but he doesn't seemt o want to let me through no matter what. What is the flag/previous event that lets me pass him?

EDIT: Nvm, finally found out. I needed to do the Goblin fortress side quest for the mansion first... Thanks alot!

The first 2 is available if your lewdness is high enough
The locked gate one you get by talking to a cat at town (using cat ear accessories), i forgot how to get theaccessories though...
 
Anyone know how to fight the chicken that keep turning me into a stone ?, also the door on the forest (the one when you enter it there is fairy that rape a girl) seems need a gem or something, anyone know where to find it?
 
For the petrification boss, there's an anti-petrification item in the same dungeon.
 
So, I've got the Fire Rod. Saved the blue haired girl from the Lake Cave (cave is resealed) but I don't have access to any new area when apparently I should be going to the Ice Cave.

Last story related thing I remember was encountering an NPC fishing on my way back from the Sealed Lake Cave, but after that, nothing. Can't use the computer, sleeping does nothing and I tried talking to everybody in town I could think of. Anybody know what I am missing?

Ice cave is in the main cave (after goblin trader head left)

Full machine translation, or at least 98% ...
The bug is you can't use Medal function, I doubt it will be useful tough ...
(luckily the one who made this game using a good way for their language, even machine translation doing well for this game)
it totally depend how good sentence being used by game creator ...
also I fix many bug because Translation++ ...

While ability to find your own ass with a help of a map seems like an achievement these days, it's the same kind of achievement as being a non-corrupt politician.
Something that getting more and more rare as the time passes (well, that's just the way the system works), but not really anything that should be a reason to pass awards or be proud of.

Also, if your translation introduces *new* bugs, it's an obvious sign you're doing something wrong.

well considering it´s only "character killed a mob the first time" achievements and nothing that actually affects gameplay or porn i really dont care. it´s not a title that changes something in the game or anything else.

and a machine translation is way better than using a translation programm. so thx yariel for doing it!

...sorry, shrub, but you're completely wrong on this point.
For one, MTL == "using a translation program".
For example, GT may obfuscate things by pretending to be a thesaurus, but usually this adds no value.
Often it actually makes things harder to comprehend.
Any real translation begins only once someone who knows both source *and* target language engages their brain to transform various grammatical constructs and figures of speech that only exist in one language or are subtly but distinctively different.
