Maybe without asian language pack installed.
But I had my pc on non japanese local setting for year and never had any problem with rar file to get the japanese name on the extracted files.
On the other hand, it never worked with zip.

So how does one unlock the gallery scenes? All I'm seeing is you can force it open with the switches at the top of the gallery.
There is no switch at the top, just a sign. I've tried reading it a few times.
There's a switch at the bottom, I've tried flicking it many many times and nothing.

On version 1.11.
