As Emily walked in she asked herself

"What type of safehouse is this?"
She looked around unimpressed. She didn't like the idea of having a dictator, but she guessed she was right. If they wanted to earn their keep then they would have to work. Also, she was interested in this Shiva person. Emily wanted to get her attention, but she knew she'd probably never get too close to her.

"I wonder what type of missions they'll make us do. Hell, it'll probably be better then my old job... probably a lot more exciting as well."
Emily craved to show herself worthy as well. She decides to go down to the shop to see what they have.

"Hey I wanted to see all your weapons. Show me the biggest guns and swords you got."

As two girls walked up to the same person, she learned her lesson the first time, as she dropped what she was doing to both offer her wares, and make a little announcement.

"Oh, hi, I'm selling both weapons and clothes now, the other girl... Never mind, but we should be getting a larger selection once those nice girls that have gone for the bunker come back! Till then, we only have these miserable things for sale, it's not much, but they work."

"Well, I don't even know how many I have, all I know is I get some just for being here or something. I was hoping someone else could tell me that, and also tell me who is running this place that decides the "points." And if this isn't the whole selection yet, I might as well hold off for a while."

She tried to address both girls for help. Josie had no idea what she was doing, the only one she was familiar with and knew she could trust was the woman who saved her, Shiva. But considering her demeanor, she might not see her soon, or be able to converse with her if she did.

"What that's all you have? You expect us to go out there against monsters and you can only give us child's toys? I could have armed myself better if I still had my shitty job at a grocery store!"

Emily thinks (this might require an intelligence or perception check I don't know) they probably do have better weapons, but they only reserve them for Shiva's group.

Thinking to herself "I wonder... If I can make her slip up to tell me about the other weapons or maybe even sell me them..."
*Try to make the store girl tell her if they have other weapons and if so see if she can trick her to buy them*
(I'm trying some character development since my character bio sucked XD)

She awoke to the voice appearing near at the end of her nap, lightly she put her hand on her forehead suffering from a minor headache but nothing compared to the ones she had when the nightmares ravaged her.

“Somehow I’ve slepted very peacefully thanks to this being…If I ever meet it I’ll be sure to give my thanks.” Eena muttered reminiscing about it’s words.

"There will be a woman there, similar to you, I want you to bring her to me, but not yet, I'll inform you when it's time..."

She thought as she walked downstairs where small meeting was taking place she listened in on it while the blond lady spoke while the woman with the scar remained silent.

At the end of the discussion she was handed something called favor points yet she stared at the woman with the scar for a bit.

‘A woman who looks like me…’ She then turns her head to another sliver haired woman but she had hers wrapped in a pony tail.

This might be a problem…they both look more alike than they do to me although our hair is similar they both have dark eyes and…That one must have been through a lot to earn that mark.’

She felt an urge of sympathy but by the looks on her face it seemed that it was the last that the scarred girl wanted.

“Well I’m no good with arms so what should I do…maybe I better buy some supplies first.”

She muttered heading toward the flea market after all an army marches on its stomach so having water and food first would be a must.

Claire scratched her head, looking more and more distraught as Christie showed her around the hotel. "Are you kidding me? I don't even know how to hold a gun, let alone shoot it. Well," she corrected herself, "I've read up on it but it's really not the same thing."

"And... tentacle bugs?! You mean there are more than just long-tongued dinosaurs?" Claire, unable to sit down, paced for a few minutes. "So they sent some women out to get better supplies... how many? And why have I only seen maybe two men since I got here?" she added, having been wondering that all morning. This was all very frustrating, to say the least. Terrifying was a more accurate word, but Claire didn't want to admit to that. She was already half-way to panic.

Eena visits the flea market, aside from food and the like, there's mostly junk.

But there are some items for sale that might be useful.

First Aid kit = 100 FP
The all purpose first aid kit. If they get afflicted with toxins, or if you need to slow the progression of a pregnancy, this item will save the day.
(Can be strapped to your back)

Survival Rations = 10 FP
If a mission lasts too long, the effects of hunger will start to show. This little bag of magic contains lots of nourishment!... But it tastes bad.

"Fine I guess I'll take a short sword."
(this won't change my decision to buy this but I'm curious would she even be very effective with a short sword since she has low strength and no melee weapons mastery?)

(With two strength, and no sword skills, she indeed will not be very effective with a sword, however, during her stay, she can practice with it in the lobby. It'll drain your stamina a bit for the day, but she'll learn how to use it.)

"Okay, here you go. You now have 450 points left"

(Emily has acquired a short sword, which she strapped to her back.)

Emily decides that she's not very well equipped to use a sword, but she wants to be able to prove to others that she is useful. She learned from the shopkeeper she could go to the lobby and practice.

"Wow, you saw a dinosaur? That's pretty neat, I always liked reading about them. And that one movie, where the guy was like, "We're being hunted!" and then the woman got attacked in the tunnel! That was a good movie!"

Christie laughed for a bit, not paying much attention to how Claire was reacting to this, then calmed down and continued.

"As for why there aren't many men here. Well, after I got away from the tentacle bug, some guy grabbed me, and then the bug grabbed him. It wasn't pretty..." She became quiet after this, looking down at the floor. Finally she shivered and shrugged her shoulders, as if dismissing some unasked question. "They sent a couple of women out for guns, three I think, and another three to find a doctor. Speaking of guns, don't worry too much about not being able to use one. There seem to be plenty of people around here that do. I figure as long as we stick close to them, we'll be fine. But, still, you might want to try getting used to one. It might come in handy."

Claire's frown turned dire as Christie nattered on, and eventually the redhead had to find somewhere to sit down.

Propping her elbow on her knees, she rested her head in her hands, regardless of what the other woman was saying. It really was all too much. She didn't cry, she just shut down for a minute or two, ignoring what was going on around her in favor of clinging to blissful ignorance for perhaps the first time in her life. However, that didn't feel all that good, either, so Claire eventually sat upright again and wiped her nose on her sleeve, doing her best to look unfazed. "Great, okay. So I'm guessing by your wise-cracking trivia-talk, you're as inept with a weapon as a librarian hailing from the downtown branch. Have you done anything with this 'favor' that lady was asking about?" She wanted to know. "I mean, I've got a wallet right here, but I don't... didn't... earn much of a salary. I feel... weird, picking up a gun with this imaginary coinage." Claire didn't really feel that she liked the thought of a stranger delegating insane jobs just so that she could pick up toys she didn't know how to use; she balked at the sickeningly materialistic bent this had all taken when she'd been passed out.

Christie, surprised by the sudden irritation she heard in the woman's voice, calmed down and turned serious.

"Sorry, I tend to rattle on when I get nervous, and... well... I think the situation has given us all something to be nervous about." She looked down, then back at the woman and pulled the pistol from the back of her waist. Keeping the weapon pointed at the ground, she said, "I've fired a pistol before, but it's not like I'm miss Rambo. I really wish I had had one of these when that tentacle bug found me last night, though, so even if the other girls think this kind of gun is worthless, it's still better than hoping you can fight those things off with your hands. I got this gun because of the Director's "Favor", as well as the clothes I'm wearing. So you could say the imaginary coinage is pretty useful. Or at least comforting. I wouldn't mind getting more, but with those things out there... I think feeling weird about getting a gun is the least of your worries."

Guard woman: "If y'all ever need any points, you could go hunt some monsters for me, I'll the the miss upstairs you helped me with a problem."

After an exhausting workout Emily decided to go to her room, clean up, and rest. She also had a certain itch to take care of. When she was going back to her room she overheard two girls talking. She didn't know these things killed men... and she never thought about why there weren't as many men in here as woman. She also learned that the tentacle monster she saw was like one of the monsters from all the porn she watched...

"Damn, so now all the men are being killed and were being used as livestock?"
She headed to room despite being slightly disturbed she realized the sword has other uses then just as a weapon...
*Go to room, cure the "itch" and get some rest*
