C. It seems the most logical to be working in a blacksmith. Raptors are strong and efficient, good at making weapons. And the white skin will alert it of areas that need extra scrubbing to get the charcoal off. Plus, the celestian trait might add some awesomeness to the equipment.
Probably not but theres still a chance.

As Zhar entered the Blacksmith, He would be greeted by a rather pleasant sight. A Large, Well-Busted, Curvy Female Hydra. Azure Blue Scales covering her body, and three pairs of greenish-yellow eyes would settle upon Zhar's masculine, Draconian body. Six Cheeks would blush, as two of the Hydras three heads looked away, focusing on keeping track of numbers, catalogues, and the like, while the Third head smiled softly at Zhar.
Shopkeep: "Hello there Male, How can I help you today...?"
Zhar would smile, slowly walking up to the Hydra, noticing that she wore Robes, the Cleric variant, she probably worshipped a god or goddess of Metallurgy, Blacksmithery or the like, considering she worked as Blacksmith after all.
Zhar: "I would like to make a few purchases, Fine Female."
The Hydra smiled softly, nodding, and quickly provided Zhar with a list of available goods...

Steel melee weapon. Assuming Zhar doesn't have to pay immediately for the weapon, he'll have nice time (4 days) getting more money for a rune
