They do it after you blow them a kiss. Works on NPC's. They are allies, or they should be.

Airi is their goddess, so yeah they're your allies. Also they are not monsters, just little fairies that get raped by almost everyone cause they have magic.

Sadly, she's not draining.
To my knowledge, there's only one monster who drains you (and he gets visible +HP notifications), I'm hoping the effect is added to all of the explicitly lifedraining monsters before the official release, I have no idea what makes a bar's increase so hot to be honest.

Excellent variety with monsters doing a wide array of different actions, most animations have phases and progress, and a lot of it feels relatively realistic. It's a very high quality game, aside from ticking most of my boxes.

I think the opponent that recovers health when draining you is one of the standing animations of a tall guy with suspenders. I might be mistaken.
