Airi's new face is high tier sub exclusive. It will only work in the monthly demos so to get it later on in the full release you'll need to buy the cosmetic DLC package.
Be warned tho. It will only replace her face on idle animations. To get the new face also in H-animations you are gonna have to wait for the first game expansion so make sure to pre-order the season pass.
