The reverse; you die so you can enter the school again. Then you find her event. Afterward I think there's one event in town, then after that is a repeatable one.

there is a file in this thread that deletes the hooker problem, u can also remove him from the party and lock the menu, has the same effect. just use the hotkeys

You either are not running 1.0 or have modified files and they are failing the checksum. I actually ran into this once also and had to re-d/l from dlsite and re unzip everything. Patch worked fine after that. Try re-unziping into another folder, then patch, then copy the /save folder out of the old www folder into the new one.

Yep. I had this issue before too. If you used the RPGMaker MV text hooker, the checksums will not match! I mentioned this a while back in the thread.
From what I have read, in order to break Ati's 499 H point limit, you need to find five events with her husband on the weekend. Four with Ati and one with Lana. I found one with Lana (outside the apartments) and two with Ati (the apartment area with the school boy and the area with the porn shop). Where are the other two events? More like like "how do you trigger them?

Well the only way to break the limit is to get bad end after that you keep playing and the limit will be broken,sadly if you sleep with the shota the status will return to 499
The other events well are divided in parts but are accesible through certain conditions one is in the restaurant,the other is in the super,the other is pt2 of aty getting caught prostituting herself there are too many events to count.
this needs the unmodified files from 1.0 probably you are using a texthooker or cheat menu

Finished the fifth floor, obtained the happy end, but it was said I can get another choice if I were to get the shota husband to found 5 suspicion point. So far, I only managed to get three (Aty in part time job, Aty in the town prostituting, and Aty near home with Masayoshi). Anyone got an idea where to get the other 2?

Hm... istill cant find Lana. Im on floor 3 and i saw the overmap message saying something about the bookstore. Didnt see her there day or night though. Am i still missing something?

You need to raise Atti's corruption to progress the story. Either get her in combat raped, loose fights and go through all the school events, or repeat the boss event until you advance.

You need to beat the 3rd floor boss. Then at night, there's some message about a fight downtown. Go downtown (location with the entrance to the video store) and go top left; you will see her there.
I certainly hope so. The clearly, the stats for number of vaginal, anal, oral, birth, etc. are missing. Only "lust/corruption" stat is there.
