I have saw this concept of thread topics via a google search. It should be fun and allow complex thought, with unique results.

GTA V + Elements (Flash Game)

Sandbox game where, instead of buying weaponry, you can find elemental orbs. These orbs would be enfused to make unique weapons the NPCs and objects could react to. Making a ruster gun would instantly antique any automobile. It is also possible to make a flamethrower, and a virus spreader to turn the entire city into zombies for a set amount of time, eliminating the chance of NPCs giving you much trouble outside of attacking dumbly. Eliminates the police being notified for whatever reason. Also there would be an electric bolter, which fries and electicutes people and things.

For me it's... Skyrim and Corruption of Champions? It's been done. There are... there are videos. Videos in Dark Places.

Borderlands 2 and Saints Row 4.
Unluckily I didn't play any h-game lately, but that combination... That combination sounds awesome.

Heaven and Hearth + Warframe

...Don't Starve clone meets sci-fi space ninjas? Hrm, has merit, though the major updates if we combine the two devs would come once a year. :3

Zombie Tycoon 2 and Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3. I don't even know.

Binding of Isaac and Tales of Symphonia Chronicles.

In Binding of Symphonia, you go through Zelda dungeons with the Symphonia character of your choice and cry onto enemies instead of using weapons. Maybe you could cry weapons. Then pick up items that make you hideous and give you powerups, maybe even break the game a bit. Some enemies from Tales would invade the dungeons as well.

10/10 would play.

Bastion + Warframe. A young space ninja needs to fix the collapsing solar system under the advice of an eccentric gentleman. So... Warframe without Lotus? Or Bastion on a larger scale in SPAAAAACE.

Borderlands 2 + South Park: Stick of Truth

The boys of South Park decide to play a different game, and now they're using guns instead of swords as they search for alien treasures.

Cartman as the Commando. Mr Kitty acts as his turret.
Stan as the Gunzerker.
Kyle as the Ninjew.
Kenny as the Siren. Still hasn't grown out of wanting to play the hot chick.
Tweek as the Psycho.
Timmy as the Mechromancer.

Mass Effect 3 and Sins of a Solar Empire:Rebellion.

Amass a vast fleet of powerful ships, only to be utterly curbstomped by a much bigger, much more powerful fleet.

...Actually, that's pretty much how SOASE:R already feels like.

Bravely Default and Violated Heroine.

D's journal has far too much detail on Agnes and Edea's personal statistics,sizes, and genital power levels as well as personal titles.

Sure Anges has purity though the roof but after giving her the performer job A job skill called "All Night Long", it makes her masterful at boosting everybody's desire and dirty by 100% and also removes all clothing. White Mages can cure pregnacy or Time Mages can further it along, Salve maker can create various medicines like the morning after pill and various others to increase certain statistics or greatly reduce them .

Public bathrooms and hot spas become increasingly more hostile game dungeons with many perils and unfortunate loss results.

Tiz and Ringabel tend to stay at the inn for the most of the time you only really need them unless you plan on actually playing through the games story.

Warface Beta and The Walking Dead...

Huh...

In this First Person Shooter, the evil mega corporation Blackwood secretly released a zombie virus that grew uncontrollably to apocalyptic levels, now a small group of survivors must arm themselves and defend against the hordes of infected as well as the ever present threat of Blackwood, or try to wait it out and hope the infected to it for them

Alpha centauri: alien crossfire combined with Trials in tainted space...

Now that is one hell of a game i'd play.

There's a ME mod for Rebellion...

For me, Space Engineers and TiTS. That would be a fun one.
