he idea is for charecters that has all the eeveelutions, but made by one person. So, they can be supported with one and another.

so they don't all just look like reskins of eachother but even if you arent interested I would like to ask that you at least make an espeon and leafeon charecter victim aggressor

A total of 9 characters that needs to be drawn, needs to be animated, and needs to be coded. The coding isn't hard and it
not time consuming either, because my background is coding after all, but pixel drawing and animating each one? is very time
consuming since pixel art style isn't my strong suit. In other word: I'm not flexible, is not easy to do, and/or it will take a very long time.

C.Umbreon has all of those implemented, but like most things in open source project (Other Mugen characters).
None of them have the support for C.Umbreon function, and the function for it was also disabled to avoid crashes,
or any softlock when facing him in a match. I even made it possible for him to be turned into a female while being used
(grabbed) by a different character. However, due to certain character scripting skill, this feature is very glitchy, buggy, and
sometimes overlap the original sprite. Therefor, 1.5 doesn't have it enable, and only certain characters will work on it.
Why? Because I was manually testing it with a few random characters, this also include the Eye Ball Monster that everyone loves lmao

The original Sprite that C.Umbreon came from was from
female Umbreon rebirth, by Hestrir
Some of his receiving / bottom sprites was made by Shana Fenix
Humbreon
Yutz has the ability to re-create the same pixel artstyle, and he also made a femboy version of rebirth
So, your best bet is to work with them if you want the exact same sprite format lol
