Some guy told me that there were more games other than ayura crisis and eris dysomnia that this dev made, does anyone know anything about that? he said that maybe under a different circle name and that he took them down from dlsite but he can't remember their names

No censoring, probably a better translation, Steam will probably have better sale number than DLSite, etc...

what's new with it? i havent seen any leaks or details yet. Very clueless as to what is new to the kagura version. on another site they said there's new kinks?? but no mention of new enemies

Kagura just translates games, not add anything to them AFAIK. Though they do tend to un-censor games due to not being bound by Japanese censorship laws.
So the steam version does not have anything new in it.
