Full playthrough, check if you didn't miss anything:
-Escape the lamia/Get mermaid help to flee through the sewers
-Take on step in her purple secretions
-Enter the safe house without bed/refuse her offer to heal
-Get the cutescene where you get sick because of her secretions and enter a scripted combat in her yandere mode
-Meet Haru & Liz/ Haru go hunt mermaids
-Lower the water level/enter the station
-Interact with the pouch/dead body/refuse to poison the water
-Try to leave and enter a scripted combat with the mermaid
-Mermaid asks why Kazuya didn't poison the water/Kazuya says she'll never learn if they start to fight/combat/action holster weapon/action dissuade/Kazuya says the Mermaid is not responsible for the dead body/Mermaid flees
-Finish chapter/unlock mermaid

(The sphinx battle at the end of the chapter should have no link with the mermaid.)

If you still can't get the mermaid then it should be a bug.

I'm trying to follow this guide, but this part here.

I'm not getting the scripted fight.

How to fight the sphinx btw:
She is the ultimate gimmik fight. If you don't play EXACTLY how the creator wants you lose.
There's no strategy.

You can't answer when she's got you bound.
You need to struggle her off first. Shake off works.
Answer1: Book, the bottom left answer.
The next thing she asks you is if you want head or a boob job. If she gives you head, she can't ask questions. You want the boobjob which is the bottom answer.
Make sure you struggle her off before answering.
Answer3: None, the bottom right answer.
Struggle her off.
Answer4: Man but you can't answer it. First you have to start trying to say Ningen which is the top left answer To. This will obviously fail. You need to answer with the second answer in the next dialogue. "Bangou" she'll give you number prompts. You'll need "To Answer" and the answer will be #1 To

Also yeah... my game's glitched T_T

I hope someone sees this and tries to fix the problem. You do not get the scripted fight with mermaid anymore. Pacifist route is impossible.

I am curious though. Where exactly is this scripted fight supposed to happen? I didn't dump anything in the water. Haru and Liz helped me out earlier and everything. I really have no clue why this happened.

If I could bother someone for a save so I don't have to deal with this glitch I'd appreciate it. Also if you have a save, I suggest you don't start a new game if you want pacifist. I really can't fathom what I did wrong so I'm pretty sure the game's glitched. Can't restart the chapter either XD.
 
There was something about reading notes too before Echo's fight. I don't remember exactly but it should be in the comments just after that one.
 
Also, don't forget to not start the 4th pump until after the fight. I went bonkers, scrambling back and forth thinking I had missed a note somewhere, but turns out activating the 4th pump will stop the fight as well.

Figured out what went wrong with the Mermaid girl, I had to click on the notes before touching the pumps and then do the pumps in alphabetical order, while ignoring D and going straight down to the body to be able to read the final note which will trigger the event where you holster your weapon and talk to her. At least, that's what I did to get her to show up anyway in chapter re-select. I still don't have an option to go back in time or whatever for the snake girl, not sure if the option even exists for me anymore. Maybe it's because of the choices you make with the guy in the cocoon, I choose the second option. Can't go back and pick a new choice now.

By the way, you can craft a ring now to give to your waifu of choice if you have their affection maxed out at 100. Best save beforehand to see all the different waifu dialogue, no scenes though for now.

I'm curious... maybe I missed a note? I'm pretty sure I did all of them, unless there was a note inside the destroyed tent which... yeah I might have missed maybe?

Seriously though, this is quite a nuisance :/ If you go to chapter select, the events don't trigger anymore so you can't start from scratch. Also all the pumps are already activated. It's like you didn't leave the chapter at all.

EDIT: I have no idea how I got it to work.
I chapter loaded into a previous chapter 2-3
then I saved and chapter loaded 3-1, and went around looking at every note and activating and deactivating every pump.
Weirdly enough pump d was activated when I got the scene.

Then the scene activated.

Yo! That spider boss was INSANE.
It took me a while and I bit the bullet and went on easy. On easy mode she was tough as nails.

My strategy was that I maxed out cool calm, and sylph storm. I also have that magic support that boosts your physical attack maxed out.
Physcally I have Vitality maxed out as well as speed and some points into attack and magic boost.
I also had a riot shotgun. The riot shotgun holds 5 shotgun shells and does a really good amount of damage I had the cat collar on so I could regen vitality.
It seems like Afraid has very high likely hood of affecting you if your vitality drops below 50. Keep cool calm and sylph storm up at ALL times. Don't let your vitality get lower than 50. If you get the status Afraid, use a Mitarashi Dango as it cures all mental illnesses. If you don't have one you will lose on the next turn most likely.
Start cool calm first as she rarely starts battles with her web trap. If she does though, struggling to escape will cost too much vitality. It's better to just restart. I've never had a good round against her when she starts with her web.

But jesus she's fucking tough.
Stick to your beliefs and don't shoot her

Oh she's right before you meet Lampas.

Holy shit E04 is insane. Is she undefeatable? She just heals back everything all the fucking time.

EDIT: I... feel dumb. Just listen to Mr Cushion's build plan. That shit's broken. You can re-spec from 3k item in the basement.

Oh one more thing. The endcard to chapter 1 is a threesome with Liz and Haru. Does that scene actually exist in the game?

Well heres the part when the game break the 4th wall, you literally need to go back to a save where Oni girls its still alive and tell her "i want to buy you triumph card" later she will explain you why " this PC its different than others PC". (implying oni its aware or has the power to "travel dimensions" too)

i guess you mean Titanoba, she just like a arachne has a "unlikeable" lore (being a serial killer for boredom) but saving oni girl its more important anyway.

you need to save oni to beat titanoba, here you need the magnum you find it where the poor soul got anal vored by arachne, it will make everything easier also can be upgraded to a powerhouse using different jewels (gifts)

it will make the whole fight with titanoba a piece of cake.

Surprisingly defeated her pretty easily by just respeccing into the ability Frozen :/

I guess I'm caught up with most of you guys now. Just going through and 100 percenting all the monsters I have. I do feel like I'm missing some scenes like a threesome with Liz and Haru. I do remember the endcard for chapter 1 into chapter being an interesting looking one.

Yeah after looking through the game files, it turns out that scenes just a tease and doesn't exist in the game. Ah well. Pretty close to 100% it now when it comes to adult stuff anyway on the pacifist route.

Nah theres some literally pink beds, fox warns you about not sleeping on those with low willpower becouse "well they are demon succubus (redundant i know) i guess why..."

theres one with lampas and another with haru both different position than the ones in the hell gate.

Ah if you are going to start a geno run i recommend you to make a copy of the game or back up the Publicsave.data becouse the stuff you do in genocide will affect pacifist and reverse. Since you did pacifist first you will get a lot of extra "flavour text" and tears....totally worth it (y)(y)(y)

Maybe... if I feel like it.
I've done the two pink bed scenes already as well. I'll just wait on the next version to come out. How do I support this guy anyway. This game's super fun, and animated. I want other H developers to know that games like this are in demand.

This is an amazing game. It has a rich story line, and interesting underlying theme, great sex scenes, and it is very complex. BUT, I played on Spectator level and still staggered to the finish line. The DLSite version was not terribly popular, even though it is ridiculously cheap. So you can still have your insanely difficult level, but Spectator level needs to be reworked so the game is accessible to everyone. And don't call it 'Spectator level.' That is demeaning and condescending. The game is about being kind to strangers. Right? The game should sell for 3x the current price and get lots more attention than it has.

ALSO, let players liberally replay the battle scenes and store them. They are a lot of fun and sometimes it was necessary to fight 20x to get through one of them. I didn't like having to delete scenes to protect my player from being affected by bad memories. That might make sense, but it is a real downer. As far as the porn goes, I liked the animation technique, but the drawing was pretty amateurish sometimes. As far as the machine translation, at first it was really annoying and confusing, but after awhile (several hours), my mind kind of adjusted to it.

I know that I am suppose to do this on 4chan/vg, but everybody's attention seems to be focused here for the moment.

There will be an offical english translation I already talked with the developer. The game isn't that RNG heavy if you know what to do. So just play it on easy. And the drawing style has it own charm that I personaly realy like.
 
now time to sit and pick dust again until chap 4.....no until villager release the translation update.

and the whole fallen angel in pacifist as final boss lokes lame........

also its obvious the PC girlfriend its a kitsune, now i whonder if its Fox or her gf the final boss of neutral....
