Going to do this part like this: You gain 20 yards/turn, though you can sacrifice 10 yards to make 1 attack or all movement for 2 attacks. If you hit a wasp it gets smacked to the side and doesn't get it's attack for the turn.

Also, since you've hit one a couple of times, you can specify you want to hit the already injured one, otherwise I will flip a coin for which one you attack.

And as far as venom rolls: I roll 1d4 for each dose of venom and you gain 1 AP on a roll of 1. A dose wears off after 5 rounds. Right now you have 3 doses in you and I rolled twice, once each for your prior doses, and you automatically gain 1 AP when it's injected (when you get stung by wasps), hence you get 2 more AP this round, yay!

Her swing once again connected solidly with the wasp and sent it flying into a tree. It seemed her time in the EGG had done good things for her hand-eye coordination. It seemed like that wasp was taking a beating, as i looked like it was feeling the blows right about now. Still, this gave the second wasp an opening to come in and sting her again, the strange venom flooding her legs.

Strangely, the venom seemed to have a calming affect on her, taking the edge off of her panic, stopping the hysteria she had been close to feeling, making death not seem nearly so imminent. If only she would just stop...let the wasps be as they would...it wouldn't be so bad-WAIT, what was she doing!? She needed to get the hell out of here!

Panic with the increasing amount of venom in Aura's body was hard, but the realization that it seemed to be calming her down just about did it. She had to keep going! Not lie down and... good god, why would she even think that! Her plan was... not exactly winning, but at least, maybe buying her some time, so she kept it up. Move towards the chamber she'd 'met' the robot in, and whack at the bee she'd already injured when it got too close. The injured wasp came in on a terrible flight trajectory and at a speed roughly equivalent to how parents would throw a baseball when first teaching their children how to play. Finally she got up and started walking. She'd have to check out the nurse's station and return here before her time was up. She didn't want to give birth in what could hopefully be her new home, at least for now. But she did want to see how much food and medicine there was, and what other supplies. Especially the weapon. She didn't have to go yet, but it was yet another one of those details she could have ignored in the Egg, but not in the real world. If the area had a functioning "shield", whatever that was, then the toilets might still work as well, saving her a lot of hassle.

If the shield was anything like she imagined, though, it alleviated one fear. The Egg Corporation's security system seemed like it would keep anything corrupted out if it could help it. But 'pure' humans still apparently existed, and she had been warned that they took slaves. If some found out she was staying here, would Charlie keep them out? It had seemed reasonably nice to her other than the probe, but that didn't mean he wouldn't be just as helpful for the first person to come by and ask where they could find a helpless sleeping woman. Having some sort of independent defense, even if it was just on a small area, would be good.

It didn't take long for Aura to get to the nurses station, and indeed there was a stainless steel fire ax that didn't look too corroded. It was certainly better than a tree branch. While dirty on the outside, the door that slid open revealed an immaculate interior room, a pleasant hum likely indicating whatever shield protected it was still running. There was a functioning sink, and a food dispenser unit that could provide her with an array of sandwiches. As far as bathrooms, there was only a walk in stall with a button. Directions indicated she could merely push the button and a laser system would atomize the waste in her body and transport it out through a photon system that quite frankly made no sense to her. But then she had skipped most of her physics classes so that was no surprise. Still, it looked like EGG corp wanted to cut down on employee bathroom breaks, and she was to reap the benefits. Lastly, there was a clean, soft bed, probably used for patients in the past, but now it would serve as her own little piece of heaven.

Once Aura was ready, she could head back to the reception area. Once there, she could feel her contractions start. The pain wasn't unbearable, but it was certainly clear that something was going to come out of her shortly. She found herself flat on her ass, legs spread. She felt the first egg starting to slide down her birth canal, and remembered in time to pull her panties down around her knees. The strange honey had done its work as the robot had said, and it wasn't exactly painful, but it surely did feel strange. The first egg rolled out of her onto the ground with a little 'plop' sound.

She was panting, and staring as the contractions began again, forcing the second egg out of her womb. The redhead was able to watch as the egg parted her lower lips from the inside, then crowned, then plopped out with what was under the circumstances an obscene sound. She decided not to watch the third.

Finally it was over. The wasps were gone, the venom had faded, and the little 'presents' had vanished down a tube. She wasn't sure where, and didn't want to. They would have grown into rapist wasps, and destroying them was the right decision, but Aura wasn't glad she hadn't been the one to make it, not really.

Which left her a bit of a mess. A walk back to the nurse's station let her clean up as best she could before pulling her panties back on. They were still damp, having been soaked first from her own arousal, then from being pulled back on while she was covered in the bee's cum. She would need to find a change or two of clothes, eventually, though she supposed that for now she could clean what she had in the sink. Later. For now she grabbed a simple sandwich and went back to the reception area yet again.

"I had some more questions, if you don't mind. How safe is it in here? I mean, do you keep things like those bees out? What about pure humans who, ah, aren't testers or similar? What is this 'shield' and how do I use it?"

While the robot answered, another important question occurred. "How long will these supplies last for?"

If the food and water would last forever, and it was really safe in here... well, the future would still suck, but she could weather it safely pretty much as long as she needed to. She wouldn't have to brave the wasps or the monkeys or the slavers. Somehow Aura doubted it would be that simple.

That was good news. Charlie wouldn't automatically attack other non-corrupted humans, well except for the whole vaginal probe thing, but in the big scheme of things that didn't seem like such a huge deal. What's more, should said pure humans turn out to be less than friendly, Charlie would still protect her from them since she was an EGG Corp. affiliate.

"UNFORTUNATELY, THE SHIELD IS ONE OF THE STATIC DEFENSE SYSTEMS BUILT INTO THE VERY STRUCTURE OF THIS BUILDING. IT WILL ALLOW INDIVIDUALS DESIGNATED AS FRIENDLY, SUCH AS YOURSELF, TO PASS THROUGH IT WHILE BARRING OTHERS FROM ACCESS, AS WELL AS PROTECTING THE ROOM FROM THE EFFECTS OF TIME AND WEATHER. SUCH A SHIELD IS UNDERSTANDABLY EXPENSIVE TO CONSTRUCT AND COSTLY TO MAINTAIN, WHICH IS WHY THEY WERE NOT PLACED THROUGHOUT THIS BUILDING."

Well, it seemed the the shield was built into the building itself. The nurse's station was a virtual fortress, but she couldn't take the shield with her or control it herself. Still, it had held up for centuries, so it seemed like it was nothing if not effective.

"THIS FACILITY DRAWS WATER FROM THE SURROUNDING AREA AND FILTERS IT FOR EMPLOYEE CONSUMPTION AS PART OF A GREEN INITIATIVE INSTITUTED BEFORE THE GLOBAL CIVILIZATION COLLAPSE. THERE ARE ENOUGH FOOD STORES TO KEEP YOU SUPPLIED FOR ONE MONTH WERE YOU TO LIVE OFF THEM ALONE."

Unlimited water, but only a month worth of food. She would probably need to do something about that.

"SHOULD YOU FIND FOOD OUTSIDE OF THE COMPOUND, YOU CAN BRING IT BACK AND I POSSESS THE NECESSARY FACULTIES TO KEEP IT PRESERVED FOR FUTURE CONSUMPTION. ADDITIONALLY, MY POWER RESERVES ARE NOT INFINITE. THEY WILL RUN OUT WITHIN THE MONTH UNLESS SOMEONE CAN TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF THIS COMPLEX AND PROCURE A NEW POWER SOURCE."

And there's the catch. Not only did she have to feed herself, she had to feed the security system as well.

"ANY VOLUNTEERS?"

So, she and her security would run out in a month, without refilling. Which to do first? Food had some arguments. For starters, she'd die without food, but without the robot she'd just be in more danger. On the other hand, she was more likely to find spare food looking for power then vice-versa, and she could probably even scavenge fruit or something from the jungle without too much risk.

"Where would I go to find food? Or power? And you mentioned something about a radio..."

Aura decided to sleep on it rather than make a decision right then. The whole... incident... with the wasps had been exhausting. She'd try to wake up before dawn, especially if Charlie could do an alarm clock impression. Maybe she'd be able to get something done before some of the threats woke up.
